Every relationship has the fairytale start
But every relationship begins to crumble with time
Then they get to know the real you and adjust to the real them
But ours was a different story
Morning drives to class and office
Lunch and dinner not possible without each other
The daily search for a better tea spot
The gym drive and islamia drive
Studying together our distinct courses
Reading out the lines from my book on exams morning
Buying the same clothes
And wearing the same shoes
Watching the stars bloom around the cool moon
Listening to same music even when we are apart
Promising not to leave each other's arms
For the days that turned to months and years we spent
Everything was so danm right
Until you began to go behind my back
With the one you call my friend
Over looking your affairs for peace to reign
But only led to the striking chiose
That is consuming me day by day
It has always been the same fairytale story
Until now that you invoked the devil into our flawless envious life
Now Everything once built has collapsed
In the ruins of distrust
In the rubbles of our accusing fingers
In the blood of our wasted efforts
Guarded tightly from being rehabilitated by the armies of our prides, our egos that aids but our villian.
Now we sit and watch
Our hard earned beautiful life being murdered
In threatening distance
In shattering silence
In a suicidal competition of care lessness
In a mind blowing hope our love would perish in time
We continue to strenously move on in agony.
What I missed knowing at first,
This day could be real...
