ashley's pov
" ASHLEY" i heard someone yell from downstairs. it woke up creed but he didn't seem worried. before i knew it, everyone was in my room. shawn, grace and even ethan and grayson. grace immediately swarmed me with a hug. so did everyone else. what am i suppose to tell them. i looked at creed and he came to sit by me. what if they got mad that i didn't tell them.
" ash, uuhhh, what happened?" shawn and grace finally asked. i took a deep breathe and swallowed.
"w-well ummm, i-i wass in a umm an abusive r-relationship with j-jake." i stuttered.
" oh my god ash. why didn't you tell us."
" i don't know" i got up and ran out of the house. i didn't care if i was in pain or if they ran after me. i heard footsteps and people calling my name. i looked back and couldn't see anyone so i fell to the sidewalk. i started sobbing. i felt arms around and they picked me up and layed me in the back of a car. i'm pretty sure it was grayson. he kept saying something but i couldn't quite make out what he was saying. i fell asleep on the way back and grayson carried me to my bed.
3 hours later
i woke up all alone. i heard muffling coming from downstairs. i slowly headed down the stairs.
" jake?" i saw him. what was he doing here. it looked like shawn was holding him back while creed was coming for me. i was about halfway down the stairs,frozen. creed grabbed me and took me outside.
"listen ashley, you need to leave."
"no i'm not going to let you and shawn get hurt. "
i pushed passed him and went to shawn. creed hurried after me but i was already inside. i saw jake throwing punches. i ran up to them to try to stop it. before i could even do anything, jake punched me in the face. i was knocked out.
shawn's pov
" oh my god" that was it. jake can't just punch ash in the face like that. who does he think he is? i punched as hard as i could while creed was helping ash. i called the police to take care of jake as we took ash to the hospital but all we could do was wait.
