*2 months later*
"Have a nice day, sir."
"You too, ma'am!" I smiled back at the older gentleman I'd just served as he made his way out of the cafe.
"I'll take these last few customers, you go on home Rosie."
"Alright. Thank you, Jean. See you in a few days!"
"Bye dear."
I quickly took off my apron and brushed any crumbs off my pink uniform, before sprinting out the door. Harry had been out of town for work the past two months and I was eager to see him again. I'd missed him so much.
I ran all the way to the house, my hair flying in the wind behind me. I was running out of breath, but I didn't care. All that mattered was seeing him again.
The house came into view and I quicked my pace, excitement pouring out of me. My heart pounded in my chest, suddenly nervous. What if he found somebody new? What if he brought someone home with him? I stopped just outside the door and leaned against its frame. What if, it wasn't me and him against the world anymore? What if there was no longer a 'me and him'? I took a deep breathe and opened the door, mentally preparing myself.
The house was quiet, all of the downstairs lights off like they usually are around the time I get home from work. I creeped my way up the stairs and towards my, or Harry's, bedroom. Light flooded out from beneath the door and my heart stopped. He was just on the other side of the door. This is it. I'm going to be with Harry once again. I grabbed the doorknob, turning it ever so slightly and pushed it open. There he was. Starring out the window, deep in thought. God, he was so beautiful.
"Hazza?" His face turned at the call of his name. His face lit up like a thousand lights at the sight of me and it didn't take long for him to rush over to me and sweep me up into his arms.
"Oh, Roza. I've missed you so much."
"I've missed you too, Haz. So, so much." He planted a million kisses all over my face and I couldn't help but hug him even tighter. "Don't ever leave me again."
"Never."
Harry carried me over to the bed, both of us snuggling up under the covers. I leaned up and turned off the side table lamp, instantly filling the room with darkness. We laid there for hours on end, just enjoying each other's warmth. My head rested on his chest, while he had one arm supporting his own head, and the other wrapped around my waist.
"Roz, do you remember what happened the night at the lake, after we went swimming?"
"In perfect detail."
"Me too."
*Flashback*
Our faces were only inches away and getting closer by the second. My breath caught in my throat, his green eye's boring into my own. His gaze shifted from my eyes to my mouth, back to my eyes.
"Oh." I could feel his warm breath against mine as he leaned in.
The moment his lips touched mine, everything was lost.
"Roza..I, I want you. In every way."
I couldn't respond with words, so instead I just nodded. I wanted, I needed him too. His eyes searched mine for any sign of hesitancy, but when he didn't fine any, he picked me up gently and carried me back into the bungalow, leaving our clothes stranded along the bank of the lake.
He laid me on the soft bed, hovering over me, his breathing became shallower.
"You sure?"
"Yes." I nodded again, "I'm sure."
His lips met mine once again as he pulled the covers over us. My hands grasped his back, my face hidden in his neck. His hands trailed my body delicately holding me closer to him.
"I love you Roza."
"I love you too, Hazza."

I'm so, so, so incredibly sorry for the long wait.
Forgive me? x
