I tried to figure out who could have done this. I tried translating the code from computer coding, but their are no threes in bio. Here are some suspects that I had:
Herobrine: he's hunting steves and his face was at the end of the first video.
Boss Steve: was Rainbow Steve's friend until he screwed things up, was in some videos, the pitch of the backwards messages, and he could be after this "lab" the lore speaks of.
Skeleton Steve: the first video said that the lore was draining the rainbow town for a week or two, and he has been seen in videos for weeks straight.
Baby Rainbow Steve: he was in almost every video and he's a friend to Rainbow Steve (even if he's more of a son).
Entity 303: the code has 303 in it (1001300 303).
Shark: Is a friend (that's it).
So far, I got no lead, and I dissected these videos like matpat in game theory!

So once there was nothing else in the video alone, I looked into the audio. You probably think that the subtitles were what the lore was saying. They weren't. The audio was, how can I put this... off. It sounded like it was in a different language. How do I know this? Well I played everything backwards. They sounded NOTHING like the subtitles. It was all jumbled; Like it was a backwards BACKWARDS message, But there was only ONE English sentence that would repeat itself twice. It was in the very first part of the first threat video. I can't put a link to it so I need you to check it out for yourself. Get a reverse audio app and another device. What you will here will blow. Your. Mind. I recorded every audio there was. You might be wondering "Dragon, what if all this glitchy noice is just the audio"! Aha! Oh do I have proof! I looked into the first video and checked the part where the lore talks about how he watched from the tavern aka rainbow cave. Quote: "I have been watching from this tavern". In that audio... he was laughing. LAUGHING!!! The subtitles didn't give any indication to laughing! So there must be more to all that jibberish that I heard! If only I knew what all that said! That's where someone else comes in. I've hit a dead end in this, but maybe someone can pull me out of it. If we can translate that audio, we might figure out who's behind all this. We can have the normal Rainbow Steve back! Now quickly! Grab your google translators!your multilingual friends! We must save Rainbow Steve! (And kill whoever dares mess with him. Although sabre's Rainbow will always be Alfa cinnamon roll; In my opinion).
