Everyone knew that Niall was waiting for his princess to come around. And maybe, just maybe, he found her.

Niall's POV

The light shines

It's getting hot on my shoulders

I don't mind,

This time it doesn't matter

It's getting very crowded in here, and hot too, I thought as I felt a bead of sweat run down my spine.

But I don't really care, I came here to loosen up, have fun and get my mind off the stress that came from being on tour for a long time.

I made my way towards the bar of this place with a hard-to-pronounce name and ordered a round of cherry schnapps. I noticed Harry in the corner getting pretty cozy with some blonde chick. He probably doesn't even know her name, typical Harry.

I was just staring blankly at the entrance of this place when a group of giggling girls entered.

They look good, but you look better

They were all pretty hot, I must admit. But only one girl caught my eye, I couldn’t seem to be able to take them off her.

She wore a figure hugging coral red cocktail dress with thick straps. Her long jet black hair cascaded down her shoulders to her waist in wild curls.

Wait. She was coming towards me. I started to straighten out the imaginary creases in my shirt in order to make a good impression.

It wasn't of use, though. She didn't even look at me. She went straight to the bartender and ordered a couple round of shots. She downed them all down in a matter of minutes and didn't look the least bit drunk. A girl who can handle her alcohol, that was such a turn on.

I still couldn't see her face properly because of her hair that was too long. As I was thinking a lot, I didn't realise that she was gone. I looked around and saw her dancing wildly on the dance floor in the midst of loads of people,she seemed like a total party animal to me.

I felt confident as I swaggered my way over to her. When I reached her, as if on cue, the lights fell on us, more on her. No one noticed us, though. She turned around and looked at me.

Damn, I think I'm in love.

She was beautiful, gorgeous and perfect. Her eyes were the colour of a deep ocean. A perfect dark blue. Just looking into them made adrenaline rush through me and made my heart swoon.

"Wanna dance with me? "I asked her stupidly, having nothing else to say.

"Sure."she said.

And we danced like there was no tomorrow. All in all, we had a really really really good time.

"So, what's your name?" I asked her.

"Hi Niall, I'm Isabelle. But call me Izzy."

I felt my heart leap when I found out she already knew my name. But I kept my cool.

"You know me?"I asked.

"Of course I do."she scoffed.

"Well, are you a fan?"

"Yeah. I'm trying so hard not to freak out right now."she said, breathing heavily.

I laughed lightly at her statement but on the inside I was going cray-cray. She was a fan! She was perfect, just the one I was looking for.

"Oh my god! Is that Harry?"she asked me, motioning her head towards Harry, who was now sitting alone on a nearby couch and typing away on his phone.

"Yeah, it's him."I said chuckling.

I'm weaker

My words fall and they hit the ground

Oh life, come on head, don't you fail me now?

I start to say,

"I think I love you" but I make no sound

"Izzy, I lo-like you a lot."I told her.

She just blushed and said, "Me too, Niall, me too."

"It's getting really crowded here. Do you wanna crash at my place tonight?" I asked her, hoping that it wasn't too forward of a question.

Her eyes widened in surprise for a moment but then she smiled and said, "Yeah, of course, I'd love to. Let me just tell my friends. "

She walked away and came back after a few minutes and said,"Let's go."

I went over to Harry and said I was leaving early, to which he just smirked. Jerk.

I took Izzy's hand in mine, feeling tiny sparks of electricity jolt up my arm. We took a cab and went to my house, talking a lot and getting to know each other more in the process.

We decided to watch a movie, both of us agreeing on 'The Avengers'. We cuddled up against each other on the couch, both enjoying the warmth that radiated off of us.

There is no other place that I would rather be than right here with you tonight

Somehow we both ended up on the floor and I put my arms around her, snuggling against her.

As we lay on the ground I put my arms around you

And we can stay here tonight
