I was sitting in my science class drawing in my notebook when the bell rung.10 minutes after class stared I was sure no one was going to sit beside in the lab but that was ok I liked working by myself. But 5 minutes later the door opened it was Jake and of course he decided to sit beside me.
"Hey"he said after sitting down.
"Hey"
The teacher was going on and on about a project we where going to be doing.At one point she said we would be needing partners. That's when the class got loud everyone was talking and making partners.
"Settle down ...settle down, you will be needing partners but I have made them".
When she said that pretty much the whole class groaned.
I know you like making your own partners but I have made the partners this time and your partners are going to be the person sitting beside you.
Just great I have to be partners with Jake.There where groans all around the classroom.
"Gosh if it's so bad being partners with the person sitting beside you, why sit beside them at all?"Jake said.
"Good question you should be asking yourself the same question".
"Oh I'm glad I'm working with you"he said.
"And why is that".
"I know we will get a good gread".
"Ha ha, very funny I would gladly and happily do this project by myself".
"I would gladly and happily let you do it by yourself but I'm not going to let you do that"
"Why no (bell rings). I didn't get to ask my question when the bell rung and he was out the door.

Lunch
I was sitting at our table waiting for summer, when someone sat down.
"Hey summer"I said looking up
"Oh...uh hey Jake".
"So I'll come to your place towomore at 12 to do the project"he said.Then he stood up and left.
"Why was the one and only Jake Jones talking to you?"Summer asked.
"Will he sat beside me in science and now where partners and he said he was comeing to my place tomorrow to do the project".
"So do you like him?" Summer asked.
"What ..no I don't like him" I said."his an idiot,his a dumb player but the thing I don't get is why he won't let me do the project by myself ".
"Maybe he likes you "Summer said.
"Yah right"I said sarcastically.

The next day (11.35 am)
I was all ready to do the project every thing we needed was in front of me.Ding dong it must be him. I go and open the door.
"Good morning sweetheart "he said as I opened the door.
"I'm not your sweetheart" I said angrily.
"wow, way to be nice"he said joking
"Come in".

2 hour's later we where half way done
"I'm hungry"Jake said.
"Let's go see what we have"
"We literally don't have anything".
"Can we make cookies?"he asked
"Why in the world does the bad boy want to make cookies".
"Because you'll see how hot I look when am baking then you'll fall in love with me and want to be my girlfriend so bad you'll be on your knees begging me to be your boyfriend".
"Forget I asked".
"Help me get everything you get everything we need from the fridge".
I had every thing everything we needed from the cabaret expect one thing that I was trying to get but it was on the top shelf and I couldn't reach.
All of a sudden I felt Jake's hand on my side and his chest on my back.
"Let me get that for you"
He got it off the shelf and give it to me.
"Thanks "
I turn around his face was really close to mine I saw him look at my lips he was leaning toward me i quickly duked under his arm.He turned around.
"I understand you're not ready"he said in a joking voice
"I'll never be ready for you"
"And whys that?"he asked
"Because...
"Will"he said
"Because I don't like you".
