I woke up around 10.am it was
Sunday so I wasn't in a hurry to do anything or get anywhere.I grab some under clothes and a black tangtop and some gray sweatpants and toke a shower.After I had taken a shower I went downstairs to get some breakfast.I had just sat down at the table with my cereal when my mom came into the kitchen.
"Good morning Hope"
"Good morning"
I'm going to be leaving soon I have somewhere to be"
"Mom can I ask you something?"
"I mean you just did but ya sure go a head.
"Dose dad know about the gang"
"Actually he's in the gang to"
"Wait what"
"Ya but listen you can't till anyone about this and I mean No one not your friends and most diffently not jack understand?"
I just nodded my hand
"Dose dad know I know?"I asked
"Yes I told him last night"
A bit after my mom said that my dad came into the kitchen.
"Good morning honey"comeing and kissing me on the forehead.
"Good morning dad"
"Has Hunter called yet?"my dad asked my mom
So that's what his name was.
"No not yet but I'm sure he will call soon"my mom said
My mom and dad had just so finished there breakfast when my mom's phone started ringing.
"It's Hunter"my mom said before she answered it.
I moved closer so I could hear What my mom and Hunter where saying
"Hello have you thought of any thing?"my mom asked
"Yes I have but I don't think you will like it
"What is it"
"The only way to keep Hope safe is if...
"Is if what?"my mom asked
"Is if Hope Joins the gang"
My mouth fell open join the gang. Me be in a gang.
"That's not going to happen no way"my mom was saying
"It's the best way to keep her safe"
"Let me talk to Josh(Hopes dad) about it and we'll let you know some time elater today"
"Sounds good"he said and hung up
"Talk to me about what?"my dad asked
"Hunter said the best way to keep Hope safe is if she joins the gang.
"Is if Hope Joins the gang?"he asked
My mom nodded
"I'm not letting that happen she's only in high school she still has her whole life a head of her"my mom was saying
"Why aren't you agreeing with me?"my mom asked
"I never said it was a good idea to let her join the gang"
"Then why aren't you saying anything"
"Will I was thinking maybe it was a good idea for her to join the gang"
"WHAT ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND"my mom yelled
"Just listen to what I have to say"
"If she joined no gang would dare kidnapping some on out of are gang there's a better chance of her getting kidnapped if she dosent join the gang."
"Kidnapped"I skewed
They didn't seem to notice I had said anything.
"I'm not letting are only child join a gang and I don't care what gang she will be joining its not happening."
"Hope why don't you go to Emily's and Summers house for the day and we will let you know what we have decided."
"Ok"is all I said
I grab my keys and got in to the jeep.And texted Emily.
Mind if I come over.
Sure go head.
*at Summer and Emily's houes*
I knocked on the door
"Come in"summer said as she opened the door.
We spent most of the day talking eating and waching movies I tryed to pay auticen but my mind keept going back to this morning me join a gang. They most be crazy thinki-
"Hope"Emily said waving her hand in front of me.
"Sorry"
""Whats wrong with you you've been out of it all day"
"Did something happen on your date with Jake!"Summer asked
Only then did I realized I hadn't told them about what Jake did but I think that was something they didn't need to know.
"It's nothing I gusss I'm just tried I looked at the time 9.43 pm
"I think am going to go home know and get some sleep."
"OK" They said at the same time
I took my keys from where they where hanging.
"Bye"I said before leaving.
"Bye"they said at the same time again.
When I was about half way home I stared thinking about all the gang stuff again. Me join again I didn't won't to join a gang by the so i ds of it nether did my mother so I gusse I didn't have anything to worry about she wouldn't let me join.I pulled in to my driveway.
Both of there cars where home so that meant they where both home to.I ran inside
"Mom dad"
"In the living room"my dad said
I walked to the living room.
"IM Just going to get straight to the point. am I joining the
gang.
"We've decided-"
