Half of a Whole

Taehyung's POV
I've stayed in my room for multiple days, in order to try and not do something I'll regret. It seems to come in waves. But can be triggered outside of the wave pattern if she is mentioned or, she's near. "Taehyung, she's requesting a visit." Namjoon said walking in. My eyes widen. "D-do I have to? I-I don't know if.... If I could..." I trailed. "I understand. It's up to you." He says before stepping out. After pondering the thought, I sigh and stand up. I nod at Namjoon and he knows. I go to her.

Your POV
I don't know why I requested to see him but I did. I just felt like I needed to talk to him. After about ten minutes he opened the window to my room, and climbed in. Subconsciously I start playing with the necklace. "You requested to see me?" He asked standing by the window. He seems tense. "I did... Are you okay? You seem tense." I asked, gripping the necklace tighter. "Y-Yeah, it's just stage three..." He trails looking down. "So, why did you want to talk to me?" He asked avoiding eye contact. "I uh... I'm not sure entirely sure... I just... Felt like I needed to talk to you I said unsure. He hesitantly comes to sit next to me. As he does so, a sudden sharp pain shoots through my body causing me to wince. "Are you okay?" He asked his voice laced with concern. "Yeah just... Stage three through five is pure pain for me." I responded. "So why don't we just stop the stages. You know we can, but are you willing to?" He asks. I shake my head. I hear him growl and he stands up. "WHY CAN'T YOU JUST ACCEPT THAT WE'RE SOULMATES?!" He yells. I flinch but stay silent. "WHY DOES IT BOTHER YOU SO MUCH THAT WE'RE SOULMATES?!" He continued. Tears welling up in his eyes. Tears start to form in mine but I still say nothing. "WHAT HAVE I EVER DONE DIRECTLY TO YOU?!" He shouts. I turn to him, a glare of my own. "YOU HAD MY PARENTS KILLED!" I shout back, standing. "YOU'RE STILL GONNA HOLD THAT AGAINST ME?! IF I HADN'T WE WOULDN'T KNOW WE ARW SOULMATES IF ANYTHING YOU SHOULD THANK ME!" He yells stepping closer to me. "MAYBE I WISH WE WE WEREN'T SOULMATES! MAYBE I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO LOVE YOU TAEHYUNG! MAYBE I DON'T WANT THIS!" I shout. Everything seems to go silent, as tears stream down our faces. "What? (Yn) please, you don't mean that... Do you?" He asked his voice soft. "I don't know Taehyung... Maybe I do." I responded, my voice just as soft. "But.... I love you.... You're the only one I want to love, ever since we were kids you were the only one I wanted to love. Even if I forgot that." He said his voice breaking as he stepped forward and grabbed my hand. I pull away from him. "..... Maybe...... Maybe I don't love you...." I whispered turning away from him. "Oh." Was all he said and I hear my windows shut. As soon as he was out of sight I fell to my knees and started sobbing. I'm sorry.. I'm so so sorry.... I.... Don't know how to feel about you..... I'm so sorry.

I got back to quarters and cry. It can't be true... Can it?
