Chapter 11

Sakura Pov

" Mommy.." 

i turned around and saw Taku walking into the kitchen rubbing his sleepy eyes.

"Taku are you hungry?"

He looked at me and smiled the cutest smile. 

"Yes Mommy, i want pancakes plz"

I went to get the ingredients to make pancakes and put on some music. Hills and Valleys By Tauren Wells began to play. Taku went to the living room to watch some tv with his father. As i was flipping the pancakes, I felt two arms wrap around my waist and a kiss on my cheek.

"MMMM.. Something smells good my love"

"Pancakes are almost done."

He turned me around kissed my cheek again and then gave me a hug. I could hear my heart beating in my ears as he whispered in my ear.

"Thanks for the pancakes beautiful"

With me still in the middle he got the plates and put the 4 finished pancakes on his plate and kissed my cheek again and went back to the living room where Taku was. I fell on my butt my heart slamming loud in my chest.

"Just what did I get myself into".

*4 days earlier*

"Thank you"

I looked at him and smiled. He said nothing to me after that and i didnt either. We both enjoyed the sunset while Taku slept in my arms... I looked at the sleeping Taku in my arms and held him close to me.

"Those men are gonna come back and take him from us.. I wont let them" I thought determined.

"Those men are gonna come back and take him ... but i wont let them" He said.

I looked at him shocked and then i nodded agreeing with him and determined to do whatever it takes to bring back his niece and to protect Taku no matter what.

"So.. any ideas on what we are gonna do?" I asked him.

He looked at me with a surprised look.

"What?"

"How did you know about all this?.. I know i clearly didnt... wait..."

He looked away for a second and as if he figured it out he began to smile.

"You were earsdropping on my conversation the other day... were you that curious on who i was talking to?"

"Wipe that smirk off your face.. it was an accident that i heard your convo with the guy.. What i want to know is why was I the girl who was suppose to go with you?"

Of course he didnt say anything and looked away. Typical of him.

He got up and when he went to take Taku away from me .. well i didnt let him. I just kept having this feeling that if he took Taku away and walked away from me that i wouldnt see him again.. for some reason i didnt want that.

"Give me my lil brother"

"No"

"Look this has nothing to do with you"

"Yes it does.. so you gonna tell me whats going on or do i have to take your brother and disappear."

"You wouldnt dare.. they will kill you too"

"Im not scared"

He stared me down trying to intimidate me but i wasn't gonna back down. I was part of this thing that was going on... so i stared him down to.. which caused him to go into a roar of laughter.

"What is so funny?"

"Your...face.. are you trying to be serious?"

"Whatever.. im leaving"

I walked past him still holding onto Taku. I was already to my car when a hand grabbed onto me and spun me gently around.

"What the..."

"Marry Me"

"Excuse me?"😳😶

I seriously looked at him as if he was crazy,  we don't even know each other like that and he's asking me to marry him... Has he lost it?.

"I'm being serious"

"You don't even know what being serious or even being committed to someone means, plus we barely know each other, and your asking me to marry you????"

"Alright, point taken then how about this I take you out on date, just me and you and if you really feel absolutely NOTHING for me then I'll dissapear from your life forever".

I looked into his golden eyes and all I saw was honesty and loyalty in his eyes, no trace of lying at all. Before I even realized what I was doing, I nodded my head and he smiled. Causing my heart to race.

"Alright!!!" He said jumping up in the air. I giggled.

"But there is one condition"

He stopped jumping and looked at me.

"What is it? "

"Well actually there are two conditions, but for now I'll only tell you one,  the other you gotta figure out".

I saw him sigh but then smirk.

"Alright I love a challenge".

"The first one is that you and Taku stay with me and my brothers...  Of course you two will have your own room".

He looked at me and smirked. I rolled my eyes and got in my car laying down Taku for now in the back seat and then turned to him.

"Deal? "

For a while He didn't answer and I could see he was really trying to get out of it.

"What If your brothers say no? "

"They won't, they already think your my boyfriend and they love kids. "

He sighed and nodded.

That night we got home, my brothers we're up waiting for me. They had worried looks on their faces.

"Where have you been?" Mar said looking at me holding Taku.

"Hey, can I bring Taku to my room, and I'll explain everything.. Well we will explain everything " I told them looking at Ryu.

Ryu looked at me then at my brothers.

"Um.... hey... Nice to see you all again."

Yandel looked at Ryu, studying him and then then he looked at me holding Taku.

"Bring the boy to your room and we will all talk in the living room. I'll be back down in a lil while I gotta make a phone call."

I did just that and in less than half an hour we all were sitting in the living room. Me and Ryu in one part of the sofa and my brothers sitting across from us. We explained everything and at the end my brothers wiped a few tears and nodded.

"Dude we are so sorry that you went through all that.. You and your little bro are welcomed here  and we will find the little girl."

"Thanks but won't they know I live here? "

We all looked at him and smiled.

"Mar has built has a very strong security system and a shield around our place so no one can find us unless we want them to. "

I could see the surprised look on Ryu face and I laughed.

"My brothers are gifted, blessed with many gifts and they use it to help others."
