The muffled sound of Magnus' voice could be heard from within the safety of Wheeljack's chassis — where both Miko and Ailani had stowed away in before the Wreckers' mission.
The space was tight and jostled as Wheeljack moved, making the subtle feeling of claustrophobia settle in Ailani's lungs. She breathed in and out evenly, quickly growing sick of the stupid idea she had indulged in with Miko; though, by the look of sheer excitement etched into her face, Ailani could tell she was used to it.
"How often do you do this?" Ailani decided to whisper to her, grabbing the teen girl's ecstatic gaze.
"Often enough," Miko replied, grinning mischievously. "You get used to the stuffiness, trust me."
Ailani couldn't help but smile, however it quickly faded as both Ailani and Miko were jostled around, indicating that Wheeljack had begun moving.
"He better not have forgotten we were in here." Miko hissed under her breath, speaking more to herself than to Ailani, as she glared at the wall of Wheeljack's chassis.
Ailani bit her lip at the idea and quickly felt her stomach leap to her throat as the two girl's were propelled upward, slamming the top of their heads on the ceiling above them before landing hard back into the space they had been sitting.
"He definitely forgot about us." Ailani seethed, rubbing away the ache in her skull as motion sickness began to settle in her gut.
Miko clicked her tongue, mirroring Ailani in gripping her head. There was a lack of extensive movement for a mere few moments until Wheeljack decided to jump off of the surface he had been previously holding onto.
Ailani felt the grip Miko had secured around her waist and was quick to shield the girl's head with her arms, squeezing her eyes shut as they slammed against their seats per Wheeljack's landing.
"Son of a bitch." Ailani cursed as they were thrown to the side.
The two humans were tossed to-and-fro accordingly to Wheeljack's violent jerking, it being clear that he was currently in the midst of fighting a few Decepticons.
A few head-butts and accidental boob touches later, the rocking of the chassis finally came to an end, and Miko was very quick to pound her fist against the wall across from where she and Ailani laid sprawled.
"Ah, bolts." Ailani heard Wheeljack sigh as he opened himself up, allowing them both access to fresh air.
Miko crawled her way out, sputtering and sighing heavily, whilst Ailani followed slowly behind her — a gloved hand held over her mouth to prevent the rising bile from escaping her stomach.
"Uh.." Bulkhead said slowly, glancing immediately up to Ultra Magnus, who had a look that could literally kill planted on his faceplate at the sight of Ailani's presence.
Wheeljack was quick to scoop up both girls before escorting and setting them gently down on a nearby bolder.
"Forgot you were in there, ladies." Wheeljack stated apologetically as Ailani and Miko took refuge on the rock.
"No kidding." Ailani heaved, hands held securely on her knees as she bent forward.
"At least I didn't heave on your floor mats this time," Miko huffed, leaning her weight against a rock wall as she planted her hand onto her chest. "Or Ailani. That would have been gross."
"Dunne," Magnus boomed as he stomped forward, several shades of irritation decorating his body language as he made his way toward her. "What did I tell you back at base?"
"That it was dangerous," Ailani replied, standing up straight after finally catching her breath. "And what did I tell you back in my warehouse?"
