i missed you,

i'd never say it to your face but i really did,

i'd push you to the back of my mind each and every day,

but occasionally i'd wonder how you were doing,

i'd wonder if you'd moved on,

and now that you're back,

i can't help but think that maybe it was better when i was missing you,

instead of loving you.
