Wendy POV:
Robbie and I volunteered to go out on patrol tonight, it's not like we didn't need rest. Instead it was so we can get rid of this feeling of guilt. We lost another of group and it's getting harder to stay positive during these challenging times. Even Mabel has given up on cheerfulness and she basically the definition of cheerfulness. Moral has reached an all time low and people have considered giving up. Luckily they've been talked out of it, but it's still shocking that we're on the verge of Bill winning.
Narrator POV:
Robbie and Wendy spent most of the night looking for any signs of danger. There wasn't any so they were about to turn in for the night. When they heard something coming from near the lake.
Wendy POV:
Robbie and I heard laughter coming from the lake so we went to check it out. It was Bill and we decided to stay put so we won't be his latest victims. I wanted to really bash his brains out, but that will only be a temporary solution. I noted that he seemed to be talking to someone. This person had dark brown hair and wore an outfit that had blue and black highlights around it. This person doesn't seem familiar, but we have to tell Ford and Stan . Anybody close to Bill is a threat and this new demon seems like a heap of trouble.
This mysterious person has long claws and eyes that were blue and black. They stayed there for a while and then left. We got no information about this new demon besides that it's name is Midnight. Robbie and I head back and in the morning will tell Ford and Stan about this new development.
Author POV:
How was it? This was a reunion of sorts because they didn't know that it was Dipper, but they will soon!
