You smiles as Trent was hanging out with you by the dock. "I can't wait to hear you play tonight." You said, making him nod quickly. "Me either! I hope you'll enjoy it. I wrote is myself." He said and puffed out his chest proudly.

You rolled your eyes and kicked your feet in the water below. "Can you play any instruments?" He asked, making you think. "I can play the (instrument) okay I guess. It's just more of a fun hobby for me." You said, making him smile. "I wanna hear you play one day!" He said, making you blush slightly. "W-why?" "Well I think you'd sound really good." He said, making you look down shyly.

You were going to talk more, until you heard a footsteps pounding towards you. Owen and Cody jumped into the water and splashed you and Trent horribly. You growled and stood up. "Jerks!" You growled out and walked off to the cabins.

It was finally time for the talent show. And Trent was the first of the gophers to go on. While making you blush the entire time, he had also scored you all a bunch of points!

DJ went up next, and you were kinda disappointed he messed up. You liked any sort of dance.

Then Heather came up in a ballerina outfit. She didn't look that bad when auditioning so you were kinda excited.

"Instead of dancing, I'm going to be reading you all something." She said and pulled out your diary. You gasped and froze.

"He is just so cute. He seems to be the only one who gets me. I can always be so relaxed around him without worrying about anything else. Plus, I love a man that can play guitar." She read, making everyone look at you. You slowly slid out your seat and bolted off into the woods

You heard footsteps running after you, and before you could run faster someone had grabbed your waist. You were turned to see Trent looking at you with a worried expression. "Are you okay?" He asked. You frowned and looked away

"Why aren't you staying away? You just found out I liked you. A girl that's basically a social outcast anywhere else." You said, making him frown and hold you close. "Because I... I like you too..."

You blushed and looked up at him confused. "I felt the same when you started opening up to me." He said with a light blush.

You slowly smiled and hugged him back tightly. "Good."
