The mansion

No-one's POV

"Dad" He liked that name, he relished in it. He wore a goofy grin on his face, failing to hide it as he got in the car, followed by Y/n, and drove off towards the new Avengers Mansion (I'll probably accidentally call it the tower and you can pretend it is if you want, I feel like everyone prefers the tower)

Your POV

You sat in the passenger's seat of the car, you looked over to see your dad wearing a goofy smile, probably from you calling him dad, you just ignored it and sat back, enjoying the ride.

You had always thought of Tony as a reckless driver, but, either because of you or the fact that he had just gotten a new paint job, he was quite careful. The rest of the journey went on in silence until you turned a corner to see a mansion

"When did you start building this?" You asked, repositioning yourself on the seat

"A while ago" he simply stated

After pulling into the driveway, you two got out and found Steve and Thor who were debating about Mjolnir, you gladly joined in

"The rules have changed" Steve stated

"We're dealing with something new" Tony added

"Well Vision's and artificial inteligence" You butted in

"A machine" Tony said

"So it dosent count" You said

"No, its not like a person, lifting the hammer"

"Right, different rules for us" Steve stated

"Nice guy, artificial" Tony said

"Thank you" Steve said

"He can wield the hammer, you can keep the mind stone, its safe, with the vision, and in these days, safe is in short supply" Thor said, coming to a stop

"But if you put the hammer in an elevator" Steve said

"It would still go up" Tony said, turning to Steve

"Elevators not worthy" You mumbled

"I'm gonna miss these little talks of ours" Thor said, resting his hand on Tonys shoulder

"Not if you don't leave" Tony said, looking up at Thor

"I have no choice, the mind stone is the fourth of the infinity stone's to show up in the last few years, one, residing with you" He said, putting his hand on your shoulder "Its not a coincidence. Someone has been playing an intricate game and has made pawns of us. Once all of these peices are in position" Thor paused

"Tripple Yahtzee?" Tony asked. You were all now outside, walking towards the car you just arrived in

"You think you could I find out what's coming?" Steve asked

"I do, besides, to this one" he said, patting Tony on the stomach

"Theres nothing that can't be explained" Thor finished, nodding towards you to say goodbye before lifting Mjolnir into the air and opening the bifrost, returning to Asguard.

"That man has no regard for lawn maintenance" Tony said, looking towards you and Steve

"I'm gonna miss him though, and you're gonna miss me, its gonna be alot of madful tears" Tony explained

"I will miss you, Tony" Steve replied

"Yeah, well, its time for me to tap out. Maybe I should take a page out of Barton's book. Go pepper a farm, hope nobody blows it up"
