A human experiment turns Y/n into grimm Faunus-like human. With everybody either having a eye on him, or out for him. Can he find people to trust, or will he lose himself to madness.

I was wondering around the forest when a pack of beowolf Grimms, they looked at me as I walked up to one of them. It didn't move when I placed my hand on its head.
Y/n: You don't want to fight me... Do you?
There was something attached to one of them, it was a package, with a weird eye symbol. Inside the package was a set of clothes. I changed out of my rags and into the new ones.

Time skip
I was following a strong sense of fear in what folks called the emerald forest. There a lot of grimm here, and the forest surrounds the giant building called Beacon Academy. The fear grew leading me to a clearing where a girl with black and red clothing, had her cape stuck under a giant bird feather. With another grimm about to stab her.
Third pov
Y/n was too far to attack directly, taking the only option he had, taking his weapon in hand and throwing it at the grimm. As it lodged itself into the side of it, a wall of ice surrounded the grimm's tail before it could come down. The grimm let out a loud squeal like noise, as Y/n closed the distance, retrieving his bladed weapon he started to slash at the grimm.
Ruby Pov
Weiss: You are so childish...
I look up to see the stinger of the death stalker being hold by a giant ice wall, with Weiss standing in the center.
Weiss: ... And dimwitted, and hyper and don't get me started on your fighting style. And I suppose I can be a bit... difficult. But if we're going to do this, we need to work together. So if you can quit trying to show off, I'll be... nicer.
Ruby: Am not trying to show off, I want you to know I can do this.
Weiss: You're fine.
Weiss started to walk away.
Ruby: *under breath* normal knees.
Third pov
The ice wall scattered as Y/n crashed through it.
Y/n: Am okay.
Yang: Ruby!
Yang had caught up to Ruby and started to pull her sister towards everyone else.
Ruby: *to Y/n* Follow us!
Y/n: Sure!
Everyone started to leave as Weiss put up another wall of ice around the deathstalker, and joined up with the others.
Jaune: Guys, that thing's circling back. What are we going to do?
Weiss: There's no point in dilly-dallying, are objective is right in front of us.
Ruby: She right, are orders are to grab a artifact, and make it back at the cliff. There no point in the fighting these things.
Jaune: Run and live, that's a idea I can get behind.
Ruby and Jaune walked up to a pedestal and grabbed one of the chess piece artifact. And took off towards a stone bridge and ruins. Y/n, unsure of what's happening followed.
Time skip
Y/n was falling when part of the bridge got destroyed by the Nevermore. When he saw a large stretch of the bridge, he turned himself into his Grimm form. Running along one of its sides, he was able to launch himself up to the Nevermore. Shoving his blade into the grimm chest. He caused it to crash into the side of the cliff. Reverting to normal, he jumped off, while Weiss caught the Nevermore tail with ice. Her along with Yang and Blake launched Ruby towards the Grimm. Dragging it by the head all the way up to top the cliffs, where she decapitated the Nevermore. As the Nevermore body started to fall, it also started to disintegrate allowing Y/n to reclaim his sword.
Time skip
Ozpin: Jaune Arc, Lie Ren, Pyrrha Nikos, Nora Valkyrie. All of you retrieved the white rook pieces. And from this day forward, you will work together as Team JNPR. Lead by Jaune Arc.
Jaune: Lead by...?
Ozpin: Blake Belladonna, Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, and Yang Xaio Long. The four of you, retrieved the white knight pieces. From this day forward you will work together as Team RWBY, lead by Ruby Rose.
Yang: Am so proud of you!
Ozpin: This one is shaping up to be a interesting year.
Time skip
After everybody else left the room, both team RWBY and team JNPR walked up to Ozpin.
Ozpin: Is there something I can help you with?
Yang; We had a question.
Ruby: What happened to the other guy?
Ozpin: Who?
Nora: You know the guy with the big odd looking sword wearing the black clothing with the red eyes.
Ozpin: You're referring to the young man who helped you killed the Nevermore.
Blake: Did you real kicked him out because he didn't have a team.
Ozpin: Don't worry we didn't "kicked" him out...
Ruby: What a relief-
Yang: Wait for it.
Ozpin: Because the boy was never an applicant for joining Beacon.
RWBY/JNPR: What!?
Ozpin: Yes, it seems he was just a bystander who decided to help you.
Yang: Then where is he?
Ozpin: No clue, he never stopped by.
As both teams left, Glynda Goodwitch walked up behind Ozpin, hold a tablet. Watching the footage of Y/n turning into a grimm.
Glynda: It's funny...
Ozpin: What?
Glynda: This Grimm boy, matches the description of the Grimm that saved my mother back in Mountain Glenn while I was just a child.
Ozpin: Yes, the patient know simply as 002, or 02.
Glynda: Yes, besides the clothes,
Ozpin: Now the boy is older.
Glynda: What do you want to do about him?
Ozpin: Nothing... For now. Other then his looks he just misguided-
Glynda: He isn't guided...
Ozpin: We can't be so sure... Glynda, go check the Forrest to see if he's still around.
Glynda: Alright...
Glynda left the room, leaving Ozpin all by his lonesome.
Ozpin: Why do you look so much like her at the beginning... Salem, what have you done to this poor soul?
