I wake up to the annoying sound of several alarm clocks going off.
"Oh shut the fuck up, for the love of Satan!" I yell tiredly.
"Now that wasn't very nice of you." Tyler smirked as he used his phone to turn off all the alarms.
"I will kill you." I growled.
"I love you too Rave! Now get up, I don't wanna miss the bus."
I just death glare him, there is no way in hell that I will ever catch public transport again. I don't exactly have fond memories of the school bus, so I sure as hell will never catch it voluntarily.
"Oh My Lord, you should have seen your face!" Tyler laughed.
"That, in no way was funny." I growled lowly.
"Did you really think I would ever do that to you? You looked like you were having a Vietnam Flashback as soon as I said it." Tyler just continued to laugh.
"You do realise I am still your boss right?"
"Yeah, but you are also Rave, so yeah."
"God you're an actual child." I say as I shake my head.
"I know I'm adorable and youthful looking." Tyler smirked.
"I was gonna say annoying and disgusting, but whatever helps you sleep at night." I smirked as his face contorted into a shocked look.
"God that hurts, I thought you loved me!"
"Please grow up some time soon." I laughed.
"Not gonna happen boss." Tyler sassed.
"Let's just get to hell okay."
"Now that's the spirit Rave!" Tyler's voice dripped with sarcasm.
As I head down the stairs, I hear the voices of other members of my mafia, but only the ones I keep close to me. Other members either live in another one of our mansions, or just live in their own houses.
I enter the kitchen to see Max aka Maximillian, Jason, Seth and Tyson. Tyler was still trailing behind me.
"Morning Boss!" They all shouted in unison.
"God you are all starting to look like trained puppies." I muttered.
"Only for you Rave." Jason winked.
Jason was definitely the player of our group, he was always flirting with other girls, and even me. I don't usually laugh, but when I actually do, it is at Jason and his player ways. I am the only girl that has ever said no to him, so he's been chasing me. He had to back off a bit when Seth threatened to gut him.
Seth doesn't speak much but is extremely protective of me and I have always wondered why. Nobody knows anything of his past and nobody would ever be brave enough to ask him about it. He talks to me the most and all he said about his past is that he lost everything because of a selfish decision he made.
I didn't pry anymore after that, you could see the pain seeping through his eyes, as he said he wished he could go back in time and never leave Her. I didn't bother asking who she was, because it would only cause Seth more pain. He is also the strategical person of the group, definitely gifted in that area.
The twins basically share a brain, although I feel as though even put together, they can't make a whole brain. I might be a bit mean to them, but it is only in a playful manner. I would never actually hurt them, and they know that. They might lack brain cells, but they make up for it with their skills in fighting. They are well trained, they are also known as The Devils Keepers in the assassin world.
Maximillian was another mystery, he joined with Seth. They seem inseparable, but never talk of anything other than general mafia business. That's if they even talk at all. He is also known as the brains of the group. He is by far the best hacker I have ever seen, he sees it as a puzzle and boy does he love to solve puzzles.
"Come on, we have to leave. Please try and not draw too much unwanted attention to you all. We don't want them to get suspicious... Okay?" I ask.
"Have you seen us, our ruggedly good looks are enough to draw attention." Tyler say whilst flexing.
"I will make you wear some nerd disguise if you keep testing me." I warn.
"Please no, anything but that." Tyler begs.
"Okay, well we're leaving now." I say.
