"Hey guys" said Bill. "Hey Bill" said Richie in a warm and cheerful tone. "Hey.." said Eddie. "Hey Eddie you doing ok?" Said Beverly. "Why does everyone keep asking that!" Asked Eddie. "Because you snapped at the teacher and your acting weird.." said Stan "I'm fine ok!" Snapped Eddie. "Ok" replied everyone. Richie changed the subject "Ok so guys, sleepover at my house tonight?! My folks won't be home!" Said Richie excitedly. "Sure!" Replied everyone including Eddie. Eddie thought maybe this could be his chance to get Richie to love him. After school they headed over to Richie's house and watched movies and had fun. But then... It came to spin the bottle. *Keep in mind in this they're 17* They all sat in a circle and Richie spun first. He watched the bottle carefully and when it finally landed on someone... It was.... "Eddie! You're the chosen one!" Said Ben. "What me?!" Said Eddie nervously "Yup!" Said Ben
Eddie's thoughts:
"This is it Eddie. This is your chance"
Normal pov:
"That ok?" Said Richie. "Yeah it's perfectly fine.." said Eddie admiring him. Richie noticed him and laughed a little then leaned over and kissed him. "Ok Eddie your next." Said Richie. "Oh uhm no... I'm gonna go I forgot I have.. homework to do!" He got up fast and left.
Richie's thoughts:
"That boy is something else.. I mean why would he think I'd ever like him?"
Normal pov:
"Well does everyone want to go to bed then?" Said Bill. "Yeah it's probably a good idea" said everyone except Richie "God all of you are such party poopers" said Richie. "Sorry Rich but it's for our very own mental health" replied Bill. "Fine be like that. But I'm staying right here." Said Richie. "You do that" said Mike. They all went up to bed and Richie just sat there in the living room on the floor. He pulls out his phone and texts Eddie.

Eddie😐: I told you homework.
Richie: you don't have to lie to me 😂
Eddie😐: because... I like you.. and I thought maybe you did too..

The next morning was Saturday so Eddie got dressed and went to the park. When he arrived he saw Richie and started walking away but Richie ran after him and grabbed his arm. "Get off of me asshole!" Yelled Eddie "make me.." replied Richie "Fine I will!" Said Eddie. Just then Eddie shoved Richie as hard as he could and he fell to the ground. He hit his head on the floor. "F-fuck..." Said Richie weakly holding his head. "Richie... I'm s-sorry..." Said Eddie in a panic. "I-its ok.. I deserve it.." said Richie once again weakly. He sat up still holding his head.
