Jeongguk entered the living room with a satisfied-looking Taehyung and smiled. He was proud of himself, that he could put his pride aside and let Taehyung win. For him, the most important thing was that the other would feel comfortable around him, even if it meant that from time to time he would have to endure a painful hard-on. The Omega's worth everything.

They sat down on the sofa, making themselves comfortable. "So, when can I go home?" Taehyung looked questioning at Jeongguk, who only rolled his eyes as the older who kept asking the same thing over and over again.

"Never. But before you freak out now, let me explain why." While Jeongguk has talked, Taehyung was opened his mouth to complain, though as soon as the Alpha had asked him to wait, he closed it again.

"I'll listen." Taehyung sat back, waiting for an explanation. He was prepared for everything, hoped that he would find a way to somehow go home. Taehyung definitely didn't want to live in the same pack with Jeongguk, knew he would sooner or later give in and accept him as his mate and that's the least thing he wanted to happen.

"Namjoon and I made a contract in which he gets the land between our two Pack houses, but only if he allows me to stay with you for two months. I think that your brother wants to take Seokjin with him and we've found out that somebody might be after you. That's the reason why you will stay with me for a very long time now. It's for your own safety, please understand that." Jeongguk spoke slow but deliberately, didn't want to tell Taehyung that he would live with him forever, otherwise he would lose him entirely.

On the other side, Jeongguk didn't want it to keep a secret that somebody was watching them, that's why he has told him about the issue.

Taehyung wanted to know more about it. "Okay, I know how much Namjoon Hyung wants to own the land, I'm also aware that I'm the only way for him to get it from you without a war, but what exactly do you mean by someone's after me?" That's new news to him.

"When we took you to my house, we've noticed someone watching us. Yoongi recognized the smell, told me that this wolf collects Omegas to do bad things with them." Jeongguk stopped as Taehyung's fist met the table with a loud thud.

"That's definitely an Alpha! They always think we are only there to bore their pups, that we are no use for anything else." Taehyung's angry.

Even though Jeongguk knew where he's coming from, his words still hurt. "We aren't all like that. I would never just see you as someone who's giving birth to my pups, you're so much more to me. Of course I want some, but there's still time for that. I only want it when you're ready. Oh and Taehyung?" Jeongguk turned more to his direction so he could face him.

"What?" The Omega seemed to be in deep thoughts.

If it would have been important to the Alpha, he would have let him be. "I want you to train with me. I'm sure you're strong but when I'm going to be on a mission without you, I want you to be able to defend yourself without me having to worry about you. Would you want to do that- With me?" He was nervous about what Taehyung's answer would be, knew that the older was already training secretly. Yoongi had told him about the secret but he had promised him to not tell him that.

"Oh, that's, well. I have to think about it, but it sounds like a really good offer. I'll let you know my decision tomorrow." Taehyung's cheeks became rosy. Never would he have thought that Jeongguk - an Alpha leader - would make such a suggestion to him - an Omega. Maybe this Alpha was really different, just like his brother or Yoongi. It was way too early to fully trust him though but it was a start.

"Okay, I'll wait for your answer, you can look around in the house for the rest of the day and there's no room you can't go in. My bedroom is right next to Seokjin's, just in case you have to ask me anything. Also when we're at the training, you're not a mate to me, you're a fighter. Don't expect me to go easy on you." Jeongguk looked at Taehyung with a serious expression, making the older laugh loudly.
