Jeongguk came back from his run, falling asleep right after a short shower. Today was just too eventful, his body too weak for Taehyung. Maybe it's his mind and not his body, but right now he was done and needed to rest.

Taehyung's heat lasted for three more days. Jeongguk had to cancel visiting Seokjin, Namjoon and Yoongi since they weren't at the pack house, but he had promised the Omega, that as soon as possible they would visit his family.

The Alpha was able to hold back his feelings and needs towards his mate, it was a hell of a ride to be honest. Every time Jeongguk had left Taehyung's room, he had to jerk off afterwards. Of course it's also to show the older that he's not a threat to him.

Taehyung still stuck to his plan of not mating with Jeongguk, even though he had noticed that he's different from the other Alphas. Taehyung feared that the younger would change his behavior as soon as the ritual was done.

"Tae? Can I come in?" Jeongguk knocked on his bedroom door, waiting for an answer that never came. "Tae? Hey Tae! Answer me or I'll just come in." After he still didn't receive an answer, the boy opened the door only to find out that the room was empty. "Where the hell is he?"

The leader had left Seokjin's old room, ran downstairs and was now looking around. Taehyung's smell wasn't strong anymore but still there. Jeongguk couldn't stay calm any longer, what if he ran away and is now in danger? He called the first person that popped up in his mind - Yoongi.

"Hi Hyung, is it possible that Taehyung is with you? We wanted to visit your pack and I don't know if he is on the way now." He couldn't tell Yoongi that he has lost Taehyung, the older trusted him.

"Hmm, no. Tae's not here but you know that we are on patrol. The wolf that wanted our Taehyung was here and made an offer. Namjoon threw the Bastard out while threatening him with war, in case he'd come back for our Omega or any Omegas that is. Jeongguk, you must find Taehyung, right now. I'm scared something will happen to him if he's alone." Yoongi's worried, had every right to be.

"Oh my god, I'll look for him. He can't be far, I can still smell his scent, even if it isn't strong. Thanks for the warning Hyung." The young leader ended the call, was about to leave his house when Taehyung's voice suddenly was heard through the door. He sounded like a little kid making strange noises.

"Taehyung, where- W-Who is that?" Jeongguk asked as soon as the older came inside.

Taehyung stood in front of him holding a pup in his hands. The Omega smiled while making these childish noises again. Well, he obviously knew what he was doing, the little one squealed and giggled while looking at the tall man.

"Jeongguk, someone placed this little piece of joy in front of the door, they also wrote a letter. I walked around a bit because the he was crying, I didn't want him to wake you up. Can we keep the cutie?" Taehyung handed the dumbfounded Alphas the mentioned letter, looked pleadingly into his eyes at the same time.

Jeongguk took the paper, shaking his head with a smile. 'Typically Omega!' He thought without mind linking him, 'So cute.' It's obvious that they couldn't keep the pup, there're rules everyone had to follow. Nevertheless, he unfolded the letter and started to read through it.

'Good morning Alpha Jeon

I'm sorry if Minho woke you, but I saw no other way out of this situation. My Mate is an Alpha from your pack and we now have a son. Unfortunately, my Mate has changed so much that I think Minho is not safe with us anymore. I have heard only good of you, hope you can take care of my beloved son until I've found a solution.

I promise I'll take care of that but first I have to figure out how to bring my Mate back to the man he once was. I am terribly sorry for the disturbance and circumstance but I don't know and trust anyone else.
