Chapter 5: part 2

      Me and Chris were sitting down at a table, we had already made it to the dance. Everyone was dancing and talking, just having fun. " marleih are you ok ?" Chris asked.
I just glanced at him. No iam not ok. Me and Jace didn't acknowledge eachother at all. I didn't even bother talking to him.

" you and my cousin seem like you guys knew ea-"
" I don't know him Chris. I'm shy that's all."

I lied. I just didn't want to talk to Jace. Especially since he had a female with him. She was so pretty. Tall. She resembled Kendall Jenner. Just basic.

    " let's dance " he said grabbing my hand. I rolled my eyes. " please Chris don't make me "

" Mar it's a dance !" He said yelling over the music.

  I finally gave in and followed him to the dance floor where there were people dancing everywhere. I scanned the crowd to see Jace and the girl dancing, she was twerking on him. And god, she could not move at all.

I looked over at Chris who was doing the Sprinkler, and I couldn't hold it in but laugh.

  " Marleih come on " he said, I giggled and started swaying my hips back and fourth.

" yeaaaaaah !!!" He yelled. I started doing the milly rock and Chris sync, that's when everyone came over and started doing it. I looked up to see Jace smiling from ear to ear.

    Just looking at him made me loose my energy, I quickly walked back to my table and sat down untill lovely walked over to me.

    She had on a baby peach dress that fitted her narrow body, and her hair was pinned into a bun.

" lovely , you look great !" I yelled pulling her into a hug. " ah thanks sis "

" how are you ?"
" I'm good thankyou, you ?"
" eh "

She sat down next to me and smilied, " so your here with Chris ?"

I rolled my eyes," why wassup ?"
" I know you don't like him.... but I do "

I groaned. Was she serious? Is that the only reason she came over to me ? Just to get to Chris ?!!!!!!

" actually, we're dating "

What the fuck Marleih?! Why did I just say that. I only said because I was mad ugggggh

" wait really ?" That moment she looked heartbroken and I felt bad, but I'm tired of people walking over me like I'm nothing but a Rug !

" but I'm fine with you having a crush on him, just don't try anything!" I said winking  at her.

" oh... no. Don't worry Mar." with that she walked over to another table and put her head down.

I threw my hand over my face in embarrassment. I feel so bad, why would I do that?! I got up and quickly walked over to Chris who was dancing and sweating.

" Chris let's go " I said pulling him out the crowd, " wait where are we going mar ?!"
" don't worry about it "

    He followed me out the school to a bench, " sit let's talk "

" um ok " he sat down and crossed his arms. I smirked and sat next to him," we're fake dating."

With that he just stared at me. "F-ake da-ting ?"

" yes suck it up lil girl "

" wait why ?"

" I accidentally told someone we were fucking with eachother and I feel bad."

He just stared at me . But I also think this is good?' I can make Jace jealous!!! You're so smart Marleih.

" but we can end it next week. But one thing. I'm breaking up with you"

Chris frowned, " Marleih um... I don't know "

" shush Chris. It's only a week "

He finally gave in and nodded. Chris got up and called the limo driver. " what about your Cousin?" I asked.

" he'll be fine "

We patiently waited for the Limo to pull up, as it pulled up I quickly crawled in with Chris following me.

" let's go to the movies ?" He asked.

" I better hid home. I might be in trouble " I said worried. My mom was going to Kill me.  As we pulled up to my house, I see all of the lights off, my mom must of left to my Aunt because she never leaves all of the Lights off when she's here not even when she falls asleep because she afraid of the dark.

" urm, yeah I'm in trouble. My mom isn't here, which means she knows I snuck out " I explained

" this is all of my fault. "
I smirked," it's not "

    I crawled over to Chris and kissed his cheek. Chris is so cute, and sweet and funny and fun. I use " and " alot. I may be having a small crush on him and that's not good. He's not even my type.

" Marleih you look so beautiful tonight as always " he said. Told you he was sweet.

" thanks Chris you look handsome yourself "

He hugged me and kissed my cheek. This is going to be a fun week. " night Baby " he said.
