"Fucking America!" I let out in exasperation, whilst reading the letter marked with the seal of the allied covens in Canada.

"What's wrong, Eugene?"

"The Covens of America are threatening our allies...again," I speak with much annoyance laced on every word, especially in 'America'.

Kylie takes a deep breath and mutters, "You would think that they would have learned from their first attempt"

"Well, you know how foolish those covens can be. Remember that one year when the covens we invited from America couldn't handle the Irish beer we warned them about?"

" Psh of course I remember, they killed a Japanese coven leader...but then again why come back and try once more?"

"Eh, who knows, but they're gonna get their asses kicked, again." nodding, Kylie goes back to typing on her laptop until a puzzled expression replaces her calmed features.

"Wait why did they send a letter for just that?" I look over the letter again finding a second page I read it over as a growing look of concern is painted across my face.

"They've gone further than all the other times before, they attacked one of our sister covens in Ireland, sent a spy over to try to assassinate the leader." At this point, Kylie abandons her work and gives me her full attention.

"Did they succeed?" she holds her breath, awaiting an answer.

"Thankfully no, their spy got caught because one of the witches sensed a suspicious magic presence which turned out to be a cloaking spell." Kylie sighs in relief but it doesn't last long before her face twists into something horror like.

"America is getting cocky, if they didn't even cover up a simple spell like that one...this could get a lot worse"

"Yeah..we gotta do something before they get too out of hand." I sit in silence, thinking, "Kylie, send out a mass email to all of our allies calling for a gathering." she stares back at me in shock before correcting herself.

"Yes ma'am" she heads back to her laptop and readies herself.

"Type it out like so," I proceed to list all of the information about the gathering as Kylie follows along typing out every single word, "Thank you, fellow allies and comrades, signed, Eugene Anigav of the Winged Lilies. Now, all we do is pray this gathering goes well..." I sigh and then look towards the door then out the window. "Raul! Get in here, please." in mere seconds a slave boy enters the room with his head bowed down to the floor.

"Yes, mademoiselle?" he speaks with a weak voice that sounds tired as well.

"Pack our bags, we will be leaving in three days time, after you are done with that you may rest for the remainder of the day, you'll need your energy for the gathering," I say with authority and severity in my voice.

"Yes mademoiselle," he says his voice shaking a little, "right away, thank you very much." he bows and then exits the room.

"What will be our form of transportation, my Lady?" Kylie says after a period of silence.

"We shall board the yacht to New Zealand, and from there we shall take The Trusty Steed expressway to our offshore meeting grounds." I say already having thought out the plan of action, "Make sure to alert Merri at The Trusty Steed that we are coming, and have her save me my ride as well as one for you and Raul."

"Already on it, Eugene," she says giving me a wink and turning back to her laptop to finish up today's work. When everything is completed and I've sent out a message to the coven to meet me at my house, Kylie accompanies me downstairs to announce to them that we are leaving in three days for the gathering.
