Take it

18 1 2

Shoulder's shaking,
not from laughing.
Heart is breaking,
tears are falling.

Angry scratches
on the arms,
red with blood,
filled with scars.

Pent up frustration
written on a poem,
release all my strength
while dropping my phone.

Thinking and thinking,
heart is breaking even more.
The darkness is spreading,
and I can't take it anymore.

So this morning I was feeling a little depressed after my teacher told me that keeping everything to yourself is bad and that I should try to talk it out. I was touched by the fact she gave me advice, but I was too touched, I think, because after she told me this my hands were shaking and I already felt like crying. Not wanting to cry in front of my classmates, I then silently and hurriedly tried to search for a piece of paper to write a poem about how I feel because I was never really good at talking to other people about how I felt, so this poem was what came out of it.

Sorry for the grammar mistakes and the title, I was never really good at those to be honest.
Thank you for reading.
