(Time skip to midnight cuz I'm a lazy piece of sh~)
I woke up. Startled by a loud noise coming from down stairs. I got up, my legs were freezing, after all, I was only in my pants and shirt. I snuck over to my wardrobe and grabbed my old baseball bat from high school, I knew it would com in handy, even if I didn't play anymore.

I carefully opened the door. At that point, I was on NINJA- MODE. I crept down the hallway, dodging every squeaky floor board. Once I had gotten to the top of the stair case, I could hear someone, not a voice, but footsteps in the kitchen, that were coming MY way. I quickly tiptoed to the wall that separated the kitchen from the stairs on which I stood. I readied myself, prepared to swing and beat the crap out of whoever decided to break into my house.

I saw a foot step through the doorway. I swung my bat. Somehow the person was able to dodge my attack and stood there in front of me. I stared in shock at the boy in front of me. He had a creepy blue mask and a grey hoodie. I snapped out of my thoughts and readied my bat once again, this time it was pointing exactly to him, as if it were to keep the distance between us. "W-who are you?!" I yelled.
He stood there and pulled out a small knife. That's when I realized what he was going to do, without thinking I swung my bat at him, he dodged it yet again this time grabbing the end.

He had a strong grip that I just couldn't shake. I continued to struggle when he suddenly decides to take it from me with one pull, I fall onto my ass. The cold floor sending chills into my body. I shake off the little bit of pain and look up to see the masked guy throw the bat behind him. I looked back at him, I could tell what he was thinking, I jolted myself back onto my feet and ran to my room. He slowly followed behind. I raced into my room, gasping for air. I quickly pushed my wardrobe in front of my door, hoping it would buy me some time. I heard him banging on the door, trying to make his way in. I quickly opened my window and got myself onto the ledge. I looked down, preparing myself to jump. He Burst into my room, I turned to face him in shock and looked back down to the ground. He ran towards me, I jumped.

I landed on my ankle in an awkward way, causing it to twist, I could feel my bones grind each other in my ankle. I let out a cry of pain. I continued to limp down the street, trying to get as far as possible from that psychopath. I turned my head back to see him closing in on me. I continued to limp, trying to go faster. I was panting and gasping for air. That's when I felt cold arms wrap around my waist. He held me down as I kicked and yelled. I could hear him groan whilst trying to restrain and stop me from escaping his grasp. I felt something hit my head. I blacked out.
