Some people have the saviour complex really bad.
Like me 😦
So, you want to help people that are broken? Take up a course in psychology.
Just kidding.
(sorry for being bitchy lately. Life is not all flowers and hearts rn)
So, before we try to help other people. Let's help ourselves.
Help yourself become a better person.
– Listen to Joel Osteen. That man knows his stuff.
– Wake up in the morning with a big smile on your face, and determine in your heart that nothing or no one can ruin your day.
– Laugh off people's ignorance. Don't let someone's obvious dementia push you to anger.
– Forgive. Honey if you don't, you'll have a heavy heart.
– Smile at people's idiosyncrasies.
– Love. TRY AND LOVE.
– Pray.
– Think Positive.
– Stop trying to get people to love and accept you. It's bad for the health. Be yourself. If they don't accept you, that's their wahala (problem).
– Stop self pity.
Now you get the drift? Do things that make you happy. Take your mind off things that sink you.
God says we should cast all our cares and burdens at his feet. If you go to God, he will give you rest. Stop stressing trying to carry all your garbage. Just hand them to the Lord.
OR YOUR PSYCHOLOGIST
Stop stressing people that love you.
