Anyways, I like how both Laxus and Mira are like the inspiration and view them as what is strong in their groups. Like Mira’s siblings view her as strong, someone I want to become, and not only that but there is the constant pressure of the faith they have on her to come out on top. Its the same for Laxus. Both of them are constantly hiding what they feel and what they think, a sign of doubt or weakness will make the rest feel uncertain and because they don’t want to let anyone down they hide it. So in reality I think they have more in common than we see. I think they could have a deeper connection if Mashima helped spicing up the things. Also there also those little moments where Mira shows compassion towards Laxus and a bit of feeling proud for him as he changed for the better. I think Mira can relate to Laxus because she also wanted power, she wanted to be strong, and in a way she could understand to a certain point. There has also been those moments she has shown concern of wanting him and Makarov's relationship to improve. So, I think, of all the girls in Fairy Tail, Mira would be the one that can understand and support Laxus. And Mira needs someone who can keep up with her and her darkness, and I think the only one that would fit that criteria would be Laxus. Man this pairing has so much potential, I wished Mashima would develop it more. I can imagine Mira teasing Laxus with an innocent smile while he just keeps silent.
They compliment each other. Laxus is the guy who isn't really into love while Mira is the woman who's full of love. And I always think that Mira needs someone who's stronger than her, and that person is Laxus.
