Reasons?
I just don't see Austria falling for an awesome idiot like Pru-chan. And nor do I see an awesome idiot falling for the most boring man in the universe, Austria.

Prussia is too much of a loud person to be with Austria. He would be yelling and singing "mein gott" as loud as he can, and not letting Austria concentrate. On the other hand, while Prussia would be doing whatever a Prussian is supposed to do (be awesome, I know), Austria would be either playing the piano, or doing nothing at all, which would cause the death of Prussia.

The main reason why I don't ship them is because I ship PruHun and SwissAus. xD But those are MY ships, you don't have to ship them, nor like them. But please, don't hate on them just because you don't like them.
If Switzerland and Hungary weren't in Hetalia, I would probably be the biggest PruAus shipper, considering those two (Austria and Prussia) are both my top favorite characters (besides Japan). ^^;
So yeah, I don't hate it, actually, I think it's REALLY cute, but don't ship it either. PruAus is just, there.
