That night Victoria found herself lying under the blanket curled up, her chest still thumping just as hard as it had when she and Donghae had made out in the Ferris Wheel. She was beginning to feel nervous now and maybe a little more excited than she should be. If she continued staying in the house it'd practically be like spending the summer alone with a boyfriend and the thought just made her heart jab at her chest even harder.

"You're crazy, Victoria!" she squealed to herself.

In the morning Victoria headed down the stairs with a yawn and found Donghae up and about in the kitchen. She nervously stole a peek at him before scratching her back embarrassed for some reason.

"Aunty!" Chin Hae greeted when he walked into her leg.

"Ah...hi, Chin Hae," Victoria greeted even more awkwardly than usual.

Oh, she wasn't used to this kind of thing. It wasn't as if she'd dated before so being around someone she had feelings for just made her grow more than just nervous. It felt like her lungs were going to explode.

"You're not going to sit down?" Donghae asked.

"Oh yea..." Victoria sat down and clasped her hands together in her lap.

Behind her she could hear Donghae sweet talking to Chin Hae before handing Chin Hae a treat. Chin Hae hobbled over and handed Victoria a piece of chocolate.

"From Uncle." Chin Hae said before running back to Donghae for another treat.

She stared at the piece of candy in her hand lost before turning around to see Donghae smile at her. Her face flushed red and she turned back around. Why was she so easily intrigued by him now?

After an awkward and silent breakfast with only talking to Chin Hae Victoria resorted to washing the dishes Donghae had used up. All was calm and quiet until she felt hands climb around her waist and something land upon her shoulder.

"Quiet, are we?" who else would it be but Donghae?

Victoria gulped freezing for a second. Her heart as loud as thunder.

"What are you doing?" she asked embarrassed.

"Why? You don't like it?"

"N...no," Victoria stuttered somehow afraid she'd lose his grasp on her, "that's n...not what...I...I meant."

Victoria swore she blushed even harder when she felt him smile.

"Hey, that mark still isn't gone. You know the mark the spider you killed gave you." he chuckled in her ear his breath flying against her hair.

Victoria could swear a thousand times that her body was heating up abnormally.

"Why are you so quiet?"

Victoria stared at the running faucet and suddenly recalled she had dishes to do.

"Yah...I can't concentrate with you like...like this," Victoria tripped over her own words again.

He chuckled again and released her, "Sorry."

All of a sudden Victoria suddenly wished he hadn't let go of her.

"I mean..." Victoria suddenly began lowering her eyes shyly toward the floor, "you can hold me...just not so close."

He laughed joyfully again before wrapping an arm around her.

"Like this?"

"Yea...that's ok." Victoria blushed again and bit her bottom lip in order not to laugh out loud herself.
