After Dean said 'yes' to being Michaels Vessel under the strict condition of letting him out as soon as both Sam and Jack were safe everything went backwards for Dean. Now Michael has full control of the unwilling Vessel of Dean and is using it to meet up with Sister Jo, another angel played by Danneel Ackles , and start or finished some dirty business.
