(A/N: Well, hello my fellow readers and followers. Here is the Bio of this and this will explain all the power that is gone be given in this and what are the attacks, now with that said, let's get this started.)
Outfit: So, pretty much I'm gonna try and make the outfit Silver the Hedgehog like and it will be different combinations of outfits. Starting with this undershirt, shirt, scarf, and gloves:

These are the gloves and they are gonna be like Silver's gloves where the have the blue ring design on them:

Weapon: So, the weapon is gonna be a regular sword, but there is no gun mode and this is the look:

This Sword can sync with the powers where multiple kinds of attacks can happen.
Powers: So, since I decided that this is a son of Silver the Hedgehog reader book I decided to and since the mother is also Blaze the Cat, both the powers from Silver and Blaze will be combined making Psychokinesis and Fire. But, also there will be different attacks.
And also these Chaos Attacks: Chaos Control (Teleporting and Time Slowing) Chaos Spear (Different Types of this Attack) Chaos Wave Chaos Breaker Chaos Blast Chaos Eruption
And with the combination of Psychokinesis and Fire, these attacks are with it: Psychokinetic Force: Can push the enemy back with amazing power in force. Psychokinetic Hypnosis: Can hypnotize an enemy or anyone until he removes the hypnosis. Psychokinetic Hallucination: Can trick the enemies in any way for an advantage. Psychokinetic Camouflage: This can help turn invisible so can be unseen by the enemy. Psychokinetic Shield: This can create a shield which can block attack stronger than anything, and can also protect who the shield is over. Acouple of people or an entire city. Psychokinetic Flame: With the Flame power, he can create flames and also with the Psychokinesis power he can do anything with it. Flame Shield: This power can create a flame shield that can be up for a certain amount of time or how much damage it can take after it disappears. And also can do some fire version attacks like the Chaos Attacks. And also heal allies and people.
