Mia sprang up and sat bolt upright in her bed.
Not this again....please,why?
Fear seized her, making it hard to breathe.
Her parents are in the other room, she should go like she always does.
Slowly picking up her pillow, she made her way into the master bedroom.
The door was slightly ajar.
She pushed it a little more and waited, holding her breath to see if her parents woke up.
Silence.
She made her way into the bed and hugged her mother.
She stirred and turned around to Mia.
"Sleep paralysis, again?" She whispered.
"The mownsters won't gow awayy." Mia said sadly.
"I'll take you to a doctor tomorrow, it's been too long"
"Hmm..."
"Good night, dear"
"Gumnihg"
By the time Mia's mother kissed her forhead, Mia was fast asleep.
