Personally, I love Your Lie in April. And I feel that there is nowhere near enough fanfic on the anime. Writing this, I am at a piano concert. Don't worry, it is an interval and I'm not being rude.

Your P.O.V:

His hands slowly stroked down the white ivory keys of the baby grand piano he was playing. His passion was clear: everytime he hit a note, he jumped and moved about on his seat as if he felt lightning creeping up his hand. Over and over, his eyes fluttered shut then open again as if he was lulling himself to sleep.

Arima Kousei. The greatest pianist in my eyes. And my inspiration. I watched as he played a storm; gaining speed and crashing about it a graceful way - then calming to a stop. I got woken up from my day dream as he completed the score.

I let out my breath which I didn't realised I was holding. That was amazing. But the only thing is that.. I thought the piece was longer..?

*1 week ago*

My best friend Arima dragged me down the corridor of our small elementary school towards the music room. Dispite being eleven, he had just enrolled in one of the most prestigious junior piano compotitions in East Japan. I couldnt be more proud of him.

When we finally arrived at the large screen door he pulled it open and put me inside. Then he ran strait for the small oak piano standing in the centre of the room.
'(Y/N)! look at what I'm doing!'

He spent a good five minutes ajusting the wooden piano stool before sitting infront off the pale blocks pointing out at him. I had known eversince he told me that he was going to this competition that he was going to play a very difficult song. If I'm correct the song was at LEAST six minutes in length: so I would miss my break to listen. But that's ok. I love his playing.
