*written chapter, you've been warned this might suck*

"May!" Peter called out, running around his room and packing a book bag. "MJ's sick and she asked me to go to her house! What do I do?"

May made her way to her nephew's room, fondly shaking her head as she watched him frantically scurry around his room.

"Just bring some blankets and maybe a hoodie. There's really no need to worry, if she's asking you to go to her house it's probably because she just wants your company," She stated, walking into Peter's room and ruffling his hair.

Peter looked at her, confused.

"Why should I bring a hoodie?" He questioned, grabbing one of his hoodies anyway. May chuckled.

"Because sometimes people like wearing their significant other's hoodie when they're sick." Peter nodded his head in understanding.

"Yeah, that makes sense," he said, grabbing his bag. He took out all of the unnecessary things, and stuffed a few blankets in there. Once he finished, he threw his bag over his shoulder, grabbed his hoodie, phone, and wallet, and turned to kiss may goodbye.

"Bye Aunt May! Thanks for the help!" He ran out of the room, waving to May.

"Bye Peter!" May called out before she heard the door slam shut. She smiled, shaking her head. At least she can have some peace and quiet tonight.

Peter nervously made his way up the front steps on Michelle's house. He really didn't have any idea what he was supposed to do. Was he supposed to make her food? Give her medicine? Just sit and cuddle with her? He hoped he didn't do anything wrong.

He took a deep breath, knocking on the door. A tired looking Michelle answered it, wrapped in a blanket. She looked like a hot mess, with tangled hair and a red nose, but Peter still thought she was the most beautiful person he's ever seen.

"Hey MJ, how you feeling?" He questioned, reaching out to put a hand on her forehead like May did when he was sick. Michelle sighed, leaning into his touch.

"Hey Petey, I'm not feeling to great." As if to prove her point, she swayed before falling forward.

Peter panicked, thanking his spider senses as he moved to catch her. MJ didn't even react, just rearranged herself more comfortably on his chest. She sighed, closing her eyes and wrapping her blanket tighter around her.

Peter still didn't know what to do, but decided to go with what his instincts were telling him. He wrapped in arm around her, and ran the other on through her hair. Michelle just sighed, relaxing even more.

They stood there in comfortable silence for a few minutes, until Peter realized it was late December and they were standing outside in the cold.

"Hey, I think it's time to go inside now," He said, trying to lift Michelle's head of off his chest. She groaned, wrapping herself tighter around him.

"Shh, I'm just going to move us inside so we're out of the cold, okay? We'll lay down in your bed, curled up in a mountain of blankets and warmth. How's that sound?" He once again tried to move her, only this time instead of trying to get her of off his chest, he moved her so she was under one of his arms.

She nodded, resting her head against his shoulder. Peter walked through the open door, closing it once he got inside. He figured Michelle must be home alone, because there was no noise coming from inside the house.

Peter thanked every god in every religion he could think of that Michelle's room was on the first floor. He really didn't want to have to try to drag his sick, tired girlfriend up the stairs.

Once they made it to her room, he carefully laid her on the bed. She sat up, rubbing her eyes.

"Peter?" Michelle called out. "Why'd you leave?" She shivered, once again curling more into the blanket. Peter pulled out his hoodie from his bag and made his way over to the bed.

"I was just getting something. Do you want a hoodie?" He sat down on the bed, holding up the MIT hoodie Tony had given him one night when he was cold at the tower.

Michelle didn't say anything, only nodding and reaching out for the hoodie. Peter handed her the hoodie, watching as she struggled to put it on. He quietly laughed, helping her put it on easier.

God, did she look amazing. If the hoodie was big on Peter, it was huge on Michelle. The sleeves hung down past her fingertips, and the bottom of the sweatshirt almost reached her knees, effectively covering up her pajama shorts. Peter thought it was the most adorable thing he would ever see.

He pulled her hair out from the collar before placing his hand on her cheek, running his thumb along her cheekbone. She sighed once more, closing her eyes and leaning into the touch.

"Still cold?" He questioned, pulling a blanket around her shoulders anyway. She shook her head, looking like she'd fall asleep at any moment.

"Do you need anything?" He asked. He really wanted to make sure she was completely comfortable.

"No," she yawned. "My mom gave me medicine before she went to work." Michelle lay down on the bed, pulling Peter down beside her.

Once he was fully laying on the bed, she curled up beside him, resting her head and one of her hands on his chest. Peter started stroking her hair again, and she hummed, smiling a little bit.

"Goodnight, Petey, thank you for coming," she mumbled, already half asleep.

"Of course," Peter replied, kissing her on top of her head before falling asleep himself.
