I stayed
Beside you,
I always did.
Knowing
How bad your condition was,
I still stayed.
Because I love you.
These were the moments
You needed me the most.
But that one day,
I didn't make it on time.
I just stood there,
Frozen,
With tears streaming down
As nurses and doctors
Try making you conscious
Again.
They had broke
The news to me.
I didn't want it
To be true,
But it was.
I continued
To cry every night.
I know
You told me
To move on,
But it was harder
Than the words
Itself.
Now I'm here,
Standing in front
Of your grave
Again.
I can't move on
Because you were
The only one
Who had my heart.
Why is time so cruel?
Why is life so cruel?
If time
Could rewind
I could see you
Again.
Nothing
Could change
The fact
That you are
The one
Who belongs
In my heart.
"Just wait
My love,
I'll see you
Soon.
We'll be together
Again."
