Prologue & Chapter 1

PROLOGUE

Everything was normal since that day. That very mysterious day. A day that humanity didn't expect what was coming. Eveything wasn't in place. No one notice it. I actually thought it would be a normal day. But no... Why did it had to happened? Why did I have to everything, everyone? Why do I have to run and survive just to live? Why ?

CHAPTER ONE

*pant*pant*

I look behind me if they were following me. No, they weren't. I sighed. I'm still catching my breath. It's so hard to run when it's too dark. I couldn't see anything. Ugh... I should get going before they notice me.

             I quietly ran as fast as I could. Hoping not to step on something or trip. I stop.

"Dead end? Great..." I mumbled. I whirled around. My eyes widen.  No... Why? I look around. GREAT! REALLY REALLY GREAT! I have no where to hide from.This is my end. It has to end this way. I close my eyes. Ready to feel their painful and awful bites.

Wait...Why do  I feel a gentle cold breeze, and feels so light, and couldn't feel the ground? But most importantly, why do I feel a warmth around my body? I slowly opened my eyes. The first thing I saw was clouds, stars, the moon,and a guy with silver wings. "WINGS?" I murmured.

He was hugging me. I was also hugging him. When? I didn't  feel like I did it though. Rewind, STARS?CLOUDS?MOON?WINGS? Processing. I blinked many times. I'M UP IN THE SKY? I look down. "OMYGOSH" I gasped, I tighten my hug.

"Don't be scared" he gently whispered.

"I'm afraid of heights" I said in a shivering voice.

I saw that his lips twitched in to a smile."Then close your eyes. But... Don't you want to see this beautiful scenery? It would be a waste if you won't."

Well... He has a point. I slightly twist my head to see the scenery that he was talking about. I was taken a back from what I said. It's so beautiful. "WOW" I uttered. 

"See? What did I tell you ? " He was smirking. Is this a dream? One minute I was at my doom and then suddenly He saved me out of nowhere. 

I don't know how to thank him. He flew up higher than before. I could see the moon very well. It is soooo big and beautiful in its own way. "Where are we going?" I ask him.

"Where you can take shelter." His voice is so calm. I narrowed my eyes. Something was showing itself. A light scanned us. Then the invisible thing showed itself. 

My eyes widen. A large airship. He lead us to the ship. We were at ground. I let go. I look around.

"Don't you want to come inside? It's cold out here." He pulled his badge or I.D? through a scanner. It went green. A door suddenly opened out of nowhere. "oh...Open sesami"I mumbled to myself. We went inside. It was like a maze. Thank goodness, He knew where to go. Of course, he knows. But for me... Well, let's put that aside. I'm new here. 

"Cafeteria"I read the signboard. We went inside. My eyes widen. There were a lot of people... eating, and enjoying theirselves. I noticed that he was walking. I hurriedly catch up to him. He stop. I stop. He turned to face me. " Take a seat" He pointed at the chair beside me. I nod. He went to buy us food. While he was there. I look around,
