"Ugh...my head. I wanna barf." I mumbled as I opened my eyes to see that I wasn't in my bed but on a couch.

I tried sitting up as I rubbed the tiredness off my eyes. My eyes adjusted to the sunlight peering through the windows as I looked around the living room.

Fragments of my memories came back as I looked at the mess from the night before scattered all over the floor. There I saw my best friend Jen on the carpet drooling as she was cuddling with a vodka bottle.

Her makeup smeared on her face as she happily snuggled with the bottle of alcohol.

All I saw was half eaten pizza slices and chips all over the coffee table. I then remembered why I was here in the first place. She had just broken up with her boyfriend who had cheated on her so I had brought vodka and snacks to have a girl's night to celebrate her freedom.

Deciding whether or not to wake her up, I started cleaning up the table. I needed a distraction.

This sure was one way to start off the new school year.

This was gonna be our 2nd year in college, but this time I'd have my best friend with me. She did her freshman year at a different school but she realized it wasn't for her. Lucky for me she chose to attend school with me , but for different career paths.

I finished cleaning the table and looked down at Jen. Grabbing the nearest pillow, I threw it at her to wake her up.

She woke up with a jolt as she sat up quickly, regretting it immediately as she slumped back down moaning in pain.

"Owwww my stomach huuuurts and I stood up too fast." Her voice a bit muffled as she was face down on the pillow.

I shook my head as I walked off into the kitchen, hoping to find anything to get rid of the pains.

Digging through the medicine cabinet, I found ibuprofen and Pepto for Jen's stomachache.

"Here, take a few sips of this, it should help with your stomach " I said as I placed the Pepto on the coffee table. I took some ibuprofen and laid on the couch once more.

"Can't believe we're actually gonna be in school together again."

Jen took a few sips of the pink medicine and her eyes widened in excitement.

"I knowwwwww! Its gonna be great. We could meet cute guys together now that are in campus." She winked as she got up to stretch. "And you can finally lose your v- cardddddd" she danced around as she wiggled her eyebrows.

I rolled my eyes as you couldn't think of the last time I even had a boyfriend. Let alone think of things like that.  Last time it was senior year of high school, but didnt last any more than a few months. Plus it wasn't like I was waiting for that "special" someone to lose my virginity to. I just never really had the chance I guess. But I still don't get the big deal about it?

"Can we just chill today. I feel like shit." I mumbled as I put the sofa pillow over my face, trying to change the subject.

"I couldn't agree with you more." Jen plopped herself back on the floor and played with her phone.

A few weeks had passed and my sophomore year in college went pretty well. The teachers were cool enough and homework was manageable.

Met a few new people in each of my classes who made class enjoyable.

Especially my lab partner in Biology, Jeon  Jungkook.

It didn't take very long for me to like him since he was just so...likeable. He always hung out in this large group of 6 other friends. I had met them but because there were so many of them I still have trouble remembering who's who. He was kind and so caring. His personality so dorky and just an overall goofball. He's extremely smart and talented in so many ways.  Not to mention he's pretty cute too. But his personality is what makes me so attracted to him.
