Arjun was just staring at sam and trying to decipher the information given by him when he realize what sam said arjun eyes widen and then he starts to laugh

Otherside in riya ward all left for their places and rosh went for attending patients and riya was lying and poorab was sitting next to her and she was crying silently turning other side pretending to be sleeping in front of poorab but poorab knows her more than her so he starts the convo

Poorab: riya mujhe peet dikha kar ronese tumhe lagta hai ki my samaj nahi paunga tum is waqt kis daur se guzar rahi ho
