Chapter 1: A Thousand years

One Thousand Years Later

In a cave in a location no one knows some machinery started to activate as it was glowing blue as a lid was opening up as it reveals to show Y/n and Zelda in there asleep as Y/n was shirtless as he wakes up and gets up to see Zelda in a white dress as he got off as he could barely walk as he made his way to a crate that had some clothes in it so he got dressed as he soon saw Zelda waking up and looked over to see Y/n awake and got up but tripped on the first step as Y/n walked his way to her and helped her up

Y/n: "You okay?"

Zelda: "Yeah but where are we?"

Y/n: "I don't know honestly."

As Y/n looks around he sees his sword and as he picked it up it glowed as Fi came out of the sword

Fi: "Hello Princess how can i assist you today?"

She said formally

Zelda: "Fi where are we and how long we had been out for."

Fi: "You two are in the time chamber you both were badly hurt so your father took you both here to heal and you been asleep for 1,000 years."

After Fi said that Y/n and Zelda were in a state of shock as Fi opened the door and Zelda got some clothes on instead of the white dress and grabbed the sheikah slate and exit the time chamber to the outside world but they were devastated to see what happened to the castle as it was surrounded by Grimm and Guardians

Zelda: "My god..."

Y/n looks at Zelda as he puts his sword away in its scabard and grabs her hand as she blush and looked at him

Y/n: "Look the best thing we can do right now is to set up camp for the night and get food"

Zelda nodded as she activated the sheikah slate and looked at the map and sees a village nearby. They soon took off as they had some food and Y/n found a shield he can actually use to defend himself as they continue their walk Fi was scouting the area for the village until she notified them that its beyond the hills so they continue on their way as they have reached to the village and walked to what it looks like a clothing store and Zelda walks in there to find our Champion clothing as Y/n waited outside as he pulled out his sword and looked at it

Y/n: "Hey Fi what happened to the Master Sword?"

Fi: "The Master Sword has lost its power so it needs time to recharge its energy."

After Fi said that a girl over heard their conversation and walked over to  him as she was grabbed by her hood

???: "No wait Yang I heard him say something about the blade that seals the darkness."

As the girls sister hears this she sighs and walked over to the boy and tapped his shoulder.

Yang: "Excuse me sir but is that the blade that seals the darkness?"

As she asked that Fi answered for her

Fi: "Yes this is the blade but its been mostly been referred to be called the Master Sword."

As Yang was surprised to hear this she looked at the boy

Yang: "What is your name?"

Y/n: "Y/n L/n"

???: "YOUR THE HERO OF REMNANT!!!"

Yang: "Ruby what have we talked about yelling."

Ruby: "Sorry Yang its just he's real like in the stories."

Yang: "Ruby Don't get your hopes up if he is real wouldn't a princess be with him.

After Yang said that Zelda came walking out in her champions clothes on as she tossed Y/n's to him and caught it and went to the alley and got dressed and walks out as he introduced Zelda to Yang and Ruby as Yang was shocked to see her as the night was coming Yang and Ruby invited them to stay for the night as they both agreed to stay since they don't have the money right now.

Later as they arrived at the home the girls went inside as Y/n was at the back yard practicing his combat abilities as Zelda was watching him from the window as Ruby did from her bedroom

Yang: "So it seems you have a crush on Y/n huh?"

As Zelda soon heard that her face flustered

Zelda: "N-no I'm not were just friends."

She said as the last part she said was quiet as he went back to watching Y/n practice with  blush on her face as Ruby had the same feeling as she looked back at an old picture of Ruby, Yang, and two other people beside them as she soon puts it away and Fi came out of the sword

Fi: "Y/n I recommend that you get some rest your gonna need your energy."

Y/n: "Yeah i guess I should."

Y/n said as he went inside the house and put the sword away and lays down on the couch in the living room as he went to sleep as Zelda was looking at the sword then at Y/n as she blushed and soon joined him on the couch and sleeps with him as it made her remember the days when they were kids as she smiled and went to sleep peacefully
