I am brave

Yet giving up is what I crave.

I am invincible

But at times like this all I feel is invisible.

I never expected to get better

I lived all my life being bitter.

For so long I felt alone and scared

It was as if no one cared.

But one day, things changed

Everything after that felt so strange.

I was a kid in a candy store

Amazed and ready to explore.

I opened my eyes, and came face to face with peace

All the pain, the anger, the grudges were released

After all these years I can finally say I am happy
