Allie had now gone back to school a few days after her Black Hood attack which Archie hated but she needed to keep her A's up. Allie had just finished Vixen practice and was about to leave the locker room when she heard crying. She thought she was the only one here. Allie was kind and had a big heart so she walked toward the crying only to find Midge leaning down crying.

"Midge?" Allie said putting a hand on the girls back. Midge wiped her eyes and stood up quickly.

"Allie. I'm sorry I thought I was the only one here" Midge apologized bridge grabbing her back ready to leave.

"Hey girl don't apologize. Why don't you tell me what's wrong though. Come sit" Allie gestured for her to sit next to her on the bench. She did. Allie looked at her giving her as much time to start talking as she needed. She held her hand for support.

"After the accident with me and Moose. With the black hood. He's been so distant, like he just doesn't want anything to do with me anymore. I think he blames me for what happened to him and when I try to talk to him about it he just shuts down" She cried as she told Allie. She wrapped a arm around the short haired girls shoulder allowing her to cry into Allie's chest.

"I'm sure he's not blaming you Midge. But being shot by someone the cops haven't caught yet is a traumatic situation and he's just recovering that's all. Moose loves you and everyone can see that really. And you need that time to recover too. Even though you weren't hit it's still a horrible situation to be in and no one could ever understand what you're going through" Allie told her friend as she rubbed her back.

"Thank you Allie. It means a lot. And thank you for sticking with me through all of this. I'm sure my boy issues are so stupid" Midge faked a laugh as she truly felt bad for Allie having to deal with her.

"There not stupid it's all normal. And i'll always stick with you you know that. Now what are you doing tonight?" Allie asked as she moved to look at Midge now.

"I was just gonna go home and study for that bio test on Monday" Midge said to her best friend as she wiped her eyes.

"Well home about you wait until tomorrow to do that and stay the night with me instead. We can do face mask, watch netflix, order milkshakes, and ill even lend you that mango lip gloss that you use ever time you stay the night" Allie laughed as she held out her to hands waiting for Midge's response.

"What do you say?" Allie wiggles her fingers waiting for a response.

"Okay" Midge grinned as she wrapped her fingers in Allies as they walked out the locker room together tear free with smiles on there faces. Allie threw a arm around the hazel eyed girl as they walked back to Andrews residence together.

That night the girls where sipping there to go Blueberry milkshakes as Allie was painting Midge's nails.

"How'd you cope after your attack with the black hood?" Midge asked Allie knowing she'd help her.

"I'm not sure really. I just started distracted myself with my friends, cheer, and I did things like this to make me feel better about myself. For a while I mopped around feeling sorry for myself but I realized that I can't change what happened in the past but I can help myself move on from it now. Never let a event define who you are truly Midgalishious" Allie grinned at the nickname she gave Midge a few years back when they met in junior high.

"Thanks for all of this Allie Cat. It means a lot knowing I have such a amazing best friend." Midge grinned as she squeezed Allies hand with her colder one. A loud crash from outside caused the two to jump.

"What was that?" Midge asked.

"Where the only ones here I don't know. Come on but stay behind me" Allie pulled her up and kept her in arms length behind her in a protective matter. Allie opened up the front door quickly with a flashlight in hand ready to hit anyone who was going to cause them harm. As Allie was looking around for a black hood Midge noticed the Andrews drive way.

"Allie" Midge breathed out causing Allie to turn around and follow Midges gaze to where the driveway was

"Oh my god" she breathed out

Allie and Midge stay close together at the police station waiting to see who's blood it was that was in the Andrews drive way.

"Well we did a report. Turns out it was pigs blood, no human. It could be a prank from some kids that know about the both of you where targeted. They where both in the newspaper. Did anyone know you two would be hanging out tonight?" Sheriff Keller asked as he sat down across from the intertwined hands the girls had.

"No. We where alone when we planned it" Midge told him honestly making Allie nodded in agreement.

"Are you positive?" He asked with squinted eyes. Allie and Midge glanced at each other.

"Well assign a deputy to both of your houses to make sure no more of these pranks happen. You two should get home and rest" Sheriff grinned at the two girls making them sigh and walk out the station together.

"Who would go out of there way to get pigs blood and take he time to write it?" Midge asked Allie as they made there way to Midge's car together.

"No one that's why. I don't think it was a prank M. I think the Blackhood knows we escaped him. And he's coming back for us" Allie said to her as they looked at each other fearful
