Pink and Yellow

"You sure you okay?" Toni asked the girl who laid next to her.

"I just wanted to hang out with you" Allie smiled as Toni wrapped her arms around her as they laid in Toni's smaller bed together.

"Well i'm glad you called I could use the company. Plus... wanna help me with touching up the pink?" Toni smirked at the girl who was around the same size as her. Allie smiled and nodded widely.

Allie put on a pair of gloves and began dying Toni's hair where it seemed to fade out.

"You haven't thought about dying your hair? I noticed you liked that yellow color. Bet we can find some cool hair dye they color" Toni grinned at her friend through the mirror.

"Oh definitely not. I'd consider like one strip but nothing more then that" Allie said kindly with a laugh.

"Well we should definitely put one strip of yellow in your hair." Toni suggested. Allie just had finished her hair and the two where gonna wait for few minutes for her to wash it out.

"You think so?" Allie grinned at her. Toni began pulling stuff out of her cabinet.

"Like right now?" Allie asked worried.

"You'll love it" Toni grinned as she pushed Allie into a seat and began on the strip under her hair which wouldn't be sean unless her hair was up.

Toni's hair was freshly pink and Allie had her hair in a ponytail like Betty's so she could see her one strip of yellow in the back of her raven hair. Toni grinned at the girl as she looked around her room. Allie's eyes noticed a picture of Toni and two other guys. She recognized them as Fangs and Sweet Pea.

"You know Fangs?" Allie question smiling at the picture of the boy.

"Yes. You do too?" Toni smirked as Allie came over and smooshed next to her as they hit play on there movie.

"I met him at Pops a few weeks ago. He's great" Allie grinned.

"I'm glad you came by tonight Allie. We should do this again" Toni smiled at the dark haired girl who cuddled into her side.

"We're gonna be close friends Toni. I can feel it. " Allie mumbled before falling asleep on Toni's shoulder.

The next morning Allie walked arms linked with Toni toward Southside high. Her hair was pulled in a high pony tail to show off her strip of Yellow she truly loved.

"Okay are you sure you'll be okay walking back to the Northside from here? Because I can give you a ride you know" Toni suggested as she held onto Allies arm.

"I'll be okay. I had a good time Toni thank you for letting me come over" Allie grabbed her arms around Toni in a sweet hug before letting her know to text her soon. As she walked away Toni watched her until she was out of sight to make sure no one bothered Allie considering she didn't look like she belonged on the Southside at all.

"Good morning Sweet Pea" Allie smiled as she walked past the skyscraper who gave her a grin and a odd look.

"Morning Allie"

"Allie why is there a strip of yellow in your hair?" Josie asked running up to the tan girl who just arrived at school.

"My friend Toni did it for me. Do you like it?" Allie asked Josie sweetly with a smile. She felt more confident with her yellow.

"Definitely girl it suits you" Josie grinned as the two walked to class together discussing a song she was writing and wanted Allies input on it
