"Hello? Are you there?! Respond!" "Reaper?! What happened? Where did you go?!" "I had to get... I got preoccupied. Did you get the power working again?" "Yeah, everything is functional." "Good, get to the submarine and get out of there!"
I head into the submarine room. I see a keypad which seems to be the only thing between me and that submarine. "I knew I should've kept the code with me. Let's see... 2-7-34-8-3-57... ah, come on!" I then hear a scream. "Shit, not now." I climb back up to the elevator to get to the main room but before I can enter I am pushed down by the monster.
"Do you think you deserve to leave?" "What?... Who's speaking?!" "Let me show you something. Let me welcome you in..." There is then a flash of light. I then see... I don't know what I see. There is white stuff everywhere, it's like an ever-going white ooze. I then notice the darken apparitions of... things. These things have glowing red eyes and they are all in different shapes and sizes. Then, one by one they start to disappear. "We didn't do anything to deserve this. You on the other hand... You deserve this." I then wake up in the room I fell into. I turn around... I see what looks to be a sort of growth in the corner of the room. "I think I know where this came from."
I then hear the grown of the monster. "He must be headed this way, I gotta hide!" I make a quick decision to dig myself into the nest-like growth to hide. I rip open a top layer and bury myself in the fleshy buildup. I then sit, wait, and listen. The monster jumps down into the room and starts to examine its surroundings. I try my best to keep my breath slow and calm to not alert the monster. After a few minutes, the monster finally flees. I then step out of the growth only to gag and fall to the floor. I must've been having some sort of reaction to the flesh. After picking myself up I head back to the main room.
"Reaper?! I need some more assistance!" "Are you still not out of there?" "Listen, just bear with me cuz' I think I'm finally starting to lose it down here... I need the code to the submarine." "Agh, shit... right. 50-4-6-1-67-78 Got it?" "Got it." "...See you on the other side, Matthew." The soldier then lets out a nefarious laugh.
