Chapter 7

"Lily we need to talk its important" Those few words made my heart thump so fast.

"Continue" What was he going to say?

"Did your Uncle tell you who he is dating?" I nod my head slowly seeing the sadness in his eyes.

"And I was thinking that we shouldn't date knowing that my mom and your uncle are dating and planning on getting married sometime in the future. And my mom thought it was a good idea but it was my decision. So what do you think?" After Nash just saying that I thought differently. My uncle Joe is like my dad. My dad dating his mom and possibly getting married makes me his step sister. And I can't date my step brother. So were done.

"Nash your totally and completely right. And my Uncle Joe is like my dad and he's dating your Mom, which can turn into them getting married which would make us step brother and sisters. So as a Step sister I am saying 'C'ya at school.' at that I ran out of his room and bumped into Matthew Espinosa.

"Woo are you ok Lily?"

"Yep I'm fine totally ok." Saying with a smile on my face trying to make him believe me.

"You don't look fine. Why don't we go talk at that pizza place a few blocks down?"

"Yeah sure."

"So Matt want me to tell you the whole story."

"Yeah please?"

"I'm really sorry Lily."

"It's fine Matt. I've been wanting to tell you."

"Hey I'll walk you home." I nodded and we started walking. I'm glad I finally told him. And tomorrow I have to face Nash.

"Thanks Matt for everything."

"No problem. I was wondering.. Do you ah um want to maybe go out tomorrow?" Should I Nash just told me that we can't be together. Should just wait a little longer. Before I finishing my thinking I nod.

"Cool I'll pick you up around 8?"

"Yeah c'ya tomorrow."
