I hae been walking for about four hours. I'm determined to get out of Texarkana by the end of the day. I'm carrying around the only things I left home with; a large shoulder bag full of missing posters, granola bars, and bottled water, about twenty-three thousand, four hundred fourty-five dollars, and my black hoodie, which I am currently wearing. I found a ten dollar bill and four one dollar bils.

"Twenty-three thousand, four hundred, fourty-five plus fourteen equals.... twenty-three thousand, four hundred.. fifty-.. nine." I said to myself.

I kept walking till it was about two hours later, I was a few yards away from a huge tree. It was past sundown and cool air was blowing, hitting my face, making a shiver run down my spine. I rub my hands up and down my arms to warm myself up. I startef.humming the lylaby I taught my little sister,  Eleanor. She was only seven when I ran away.  Now her nineth birthday will be in a month and I won't be there to see her.

She was my favorite sibling. The other three, I don't think we're related. My parents seem to forget about me and Elly. When I was little and Elly was about five to six ! zzz-months, I fell asleep in the car. Elly and I were left in there till I woke up and got us out. I reached into my pocket and pulled out a heart locket. (That rhymes! I AM A WARRIOR POET!) When you open it, it shows a picture of Elly. Elly has the one with s picture of me in it. I remember the day...

~Flashback~

I was walking down the school hallway to my locker. I push my glasses farther up on my face a keep looking down. My crush, Mason Delenres(De-len-res) is waiting for my by the school exit. He moved just a block away from me so we are gonna walk home together. Once I got to my locker, I unlock it, putting my books up, grabing my book bag. Once done, I was about to close my locker, until someone slamed to closed.

"Eep!" I jumped, searching for the person messing, only to find Jenna Lewinsky (A/N; got that off of Jessie), my bullie and the head cheerleader and her squad.

"What do you want Jenna?" I asked, trying to get around them, but they blocked.

"I wanna know why you where talking to Mason." she snarled.

"He offered to walk me home today." I said.

"You!? Like he would ever like you!" the squeaky Chloe laughing.

"Shut up!" Jenna snapped. "Back off of Mason, or you'll regret it." she punched me in the stomach and I doubled over in pain.

She pushed me down and started kicking me with the help of the other girls. Jenna stared kicking me in the neck and I started gasping for air. With one final kick, she left with her girls laughing.

"Ow." I was able to say before standing and limped to the exit. Mason look at me and ran over to me

"Are you okay?" he asked.

"Yeah, I'm fi-" I said before coughing up blood. I collapsed, blackness taking over. Last thing I heard was Mason shriek, "ALLY!"

I woke up from a sloppy kiss on the cheek.

"Eww." I laughed, knowing who it was.

"Ally! Your okay!" my little sister, Elly said, jumping on me.

I looked around and saw I was in my room. Oh, so my parents don't wanna pay a hospital bill. Such selfish people.

"Who did this? Was it the cute blonde boy!? Oh, I'm gonna beat him with my shoe." she said clenching and scolding her fist.

"No, it was Jenna." I said, raspy.

"Okay, why is this room dirty?" my mom walked in and said.

"But it's not dirty." I said. and it wasn't. It was just one torn mattress that me and Elly sleep on, a closet, a window,  and blood stains on the originally light baige carpet. I was me and Elly's blood.

"Oh, so you're talking back? Trying to act grown." my mom said, walking to me.

"No. She wasn't" Elly said nervously.

"Shut up! You wanna be grown? I'll treat you like you're grown." she punched me in the nose about three times.

"Ally!" Elly screamed, running over to me but my mom caught her coller in her shirt, and yanked her back, making her hit the wall. She was knocked out cold.

My mom exited and I ran over to Elly, her head in my hands l, gently caressing her cheek.

"Everything will be alright Elly. I promise." I kept saying. Once it was night, I put Elly on the bed.

I dug aroud in my pocket finding a little heart locket, putting it around her neck. I wrote a letter,

Dear Elly-poo,

I'm leaving. Sorry, but I am. I can't take you becuase I want you to go to school and live a good life. I had enough of the beatings and bullying. I'll miss you, and love you with all my heart. There is a lockert around your neck. I want you to keep it in memory of me. Once I turn eightteen and find the place I want to settle, I'll call you.

                         - Love Ally.

I placed it by her head and grabbed my black hoodie, the shoulder bag full of stuff just incase this day, and my pocket knife. I went to the window and jumped out. It official, now I'm on the run.

-End of Flashback-

I miss my baby sister. She's practicality my daughter becuase I raised her myself. I was the one who made her bottles, taught her to talk, walk, read, do math, everything. I was the one who changed her diapers, I helped her with home work. I was only twelve when she was born.

My eighteenth birthday isn't far, only seven months away. I can't wait to hear from my sister. Today is also the anniversary of me running away. Let the helicopters fly.
