DALIA POV
Today is Thursday. One more day until Saturday! I don't want to go to school anymore! Those three meanies always call me names.
*Dalia gets snapped out of her thoughts when Y/n yelled from downstairs*
Eomma: Dalia! Come down and eat!

Me: Okay eomma!
I walk down and see eomma and appa at the dining table.

Appa: Good morning Dalia.

Me: Good morning appa!
I try to sound happy...

Eomma: Here is your food baby.

She says as she hands me my food and gives me a kiss on my forehead.
-10 min later-

Me: Eomma?

Eomma: Yes darling?

Me: Why is Li not go to school?

Appa: Li is sick.

Me: o-ok.. I am done, can we go?

Appa: Okay lets go.

I am scared....
-
Appa dropped me to school and I walked inside to the waiting room where all the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders are at.
I open the door and see a table open at one of the corner. I put my bag down. I open my lunch bag and grab my banana. I peel the banana and go in for a big bite!

Mimi: Hey! That's my banana!

Rinko: Yeah give it loser!

Masumi: wait.
She stuffs the banana into my face and everyone laughs at me.

Mrs: Lee: Hey why are all of you laughing?!

Random student: Masumi stuffed a banana into the losers face!! hahaha!!

My eyes start to water as I run out of the room. I go to the bathroom in the main office and lock it.

Me: Why do they do this?

I wash of the banana stuff off my face. I want to go home but appa and eomma are busy, I think... I will just go to the classroom...
I walk to the waiting room, get my things and go to Ms. Kiki's room. She's from Africa! She is my only friend here..
I see Ms. Kiki and run to her.
-in English-(Dalia learned English quite fast from Ms.Kiki)

Me: hello Ms.Kiki!

Ms: Kiki: Well hello there little one! Ready for today?

Me: My day is bad already!

Ms.Kiki: What? Why?

Me: The three 3rd graders bully me again..

Ms.Kiki: Don't worry Dalia. I will talk to your parents, ok?

Me: No no!! They're too busy! I don't want another problem for them...

Ms.Kiki: Fine I will talk to the three girls then, ok?

Me: Okay.... I'm scared...

Ms.Kiki: Don't worry, I'm here for you. I'm African and I'm proud of it. You should be proud to be an American. That means you're different from the others. Just a bit more special..

Me: Really?!?

Ms.Kiki: Yes really. Be who you are ok?

Me: Okay Ms. Kiki! Thank you. I hug her.
I feel better now!!
