Chapter 13

When I wake up Zayn is gone and Maddi is still asleep. I go to the bathroom to get ready for class.

When I come back Maddi is doing her make up.

"So what's going on with you and Zayn" she says as she puts her eyeliner on

"Nothing there's nothing going on with me and Zayn"

"Mmhhm" she says putting on her lipstick

"There's not"

"So y'all just kisses for no reason?"

"Uhm....I got to get to class" I say and walk out I feel bad but I just didn't want to talk about the kiss.

I get to class and sit in the middle again I haven't really made any friends in my classes except for Zayn and Niall. Wait Zayn what if he feels more awkward around me because of the kiss? What if I ruined things between us? Was there even something between us? Did it mean anything to him? Gosh this is so confusing! Why did I even kiss him in the first place? I was just supposed to clean his cuts but the way his gorgeous brown eyes met mine and the way he bit his lip when I put the hot rag on his fist just made me want to feel his lips again.

"Hey" Naill says interrupting my thoughts

"Hey"

"Why did y'all leave Liam's house so early last night?"

"Oh uhm..it's a long story" I didn't want I tell Niall because I didn't know if Maddi wanted people to know

"Oh ok" he say

The door open and Zayn comes in and sit next to me I didn't think he would sit next to me I thought he would sit far away from me because of the kiss...wait I need to stop over thinking things it was just a kiss and if probably meant nothing to him anyway.

Class is over and I start to walk to my dorm.

"Heather" I turn around and see Zayn

"Ya"

"You want some company"

"Uhm..sure"

As we walk to the dorms I don't really feel as awkward as I usually do around him.

"Uhm..I was thinking..if...uhm..you maybe wanted to..maybe get dinner with me tonight?" he says stuttering after every word

"Sure"

"Ok cool"

Zayns POV

I saw Heather walking by herself so I go to her and ask if she wants some company. We walk in silence for a while. I wanna ask her is she wants to get some dinner or something but I'm not sure. I wonder if girls know that guys are just as nervous to talk to girls as they are to us.

"Uhm..I was thinking..if...uhm..you maybe wanted to..maybe get dinner with me tonight?" I say sounding like a complete dumbass

"Sure"

"Ok cool"

"Thank you for walking with me" she say as we reach her dorm

"No problem I'll come pick you up at about 7"

"Ok see you then" she say and walks in

I would have stayed there because I don't want to go back to my dorm with that ass Harry but I had to get my clothes and shower.

Heathers POV

The day goes by fast before I new it my last class was over. I go to my dorm as fast a possible to get ready to have dinner with Zayn. I don't even know what to wear. Where is he taking me? Should I wear pants and a shirt or a dress? I feel like asking Maddi but she's going to think it's a date. So I keep looking through my clothes but don't find anything.

"Need help finding something?" Maddi say

"Yes please"

"Ok well where are you going?"

"On a date" wait is this a date?

"Oh a date! Ok well for a date you need to look nice so no pants and converse!" She says and walks over to he closet. She pulls out a pink dress that's long in the back but not to long and short in the front.

"Here put this on" she says

I put it on and it's a really pretty dress but I think it's t inch for a date.

"You look so pretty in that dress! Now sit I'm gonna do you hair and makeup"

Zayns POV

"Come on Niall help me you little shit it's already six thirty"

"Okey chill man! Here put this on it will look better!"

"Thank bro!" I say running out of the dorm

"Have fun" I here Niall yell

I'm nervous for this date. When I reach her dorm I get the rose I got her out of my pocket.

Heathers POV

"You look so pretty Heather!" Maddi says after she's finishes straightening the last piece of my hair

"So who are you going on this date with anyway?"

"Uhm..Zayn" I say

"Zayn! Your going on a date with Zayn! I knew there was something going one with you two" she smiles

"There's nothing going on were just going as friends"

"Mmhm" she smiles and someone knocks on the door.

"I'll open it I have to tell Zayn to not take things to far" she teases

When she opens the door she's frozen. It's not Zayn it's Harry.

Zayn's POV

I cant wait to see Heather I bet she's going to look beautiful I try not to drive so fast to get to her dorm. I just want tonight to go exactly as planed. Tonight's going to be perfect.

Heathers POV

"What are you doing here" Maddi ask Harry his eyes are blood shot and his hair is everywhere

"I've missed you Maddi! Im a mess with out you please! I'm sorry for last night! It was a mistake I shouldn't have kisses her! I love you!

Please forgive me!"

"Harry it's not that easy! I need you to leave!"

"Maddi please just here me out! Please! We can't give up on us this easy!"

"No harry I'm sorry" she says and closes the door. I feel bad that she just closed the door on him and didn't listen to what he had to say but maybe she just doesn't want to deal with it tonight. Harry slips a piece of paper under the door. Maddi reads it and seconds later the note is on the floor and Maddi is on the bed crying! Now I know something is wrong because Maddi never cries!

"Maddi are you okey"

"No read it" she says and I pick the not up and read

*Maddi I'm sorry for everything I have done to you! I'm a mess with out you! I know it's only been one day but I've never been away from you for more then and hour we have all but one class together and you not talking to me hurt! I don't like being away from you! I love you so much and I don't want to lose you! Your the best thing that has ever happened to me! And I don't want to let you go so please don't let me go I love you to much to live with out you your the other half of me! Let's just forget any of this happened! I can't live with out you! Couples fight all the time! Please just give me another chance! I love you! *
