“Keep your eyes open,” Sejin said leaning over my head before someone quickly flashed a bright light in my eyes. I quickly close my eyes to protect them groaning. “Jungkook, I need you to keep your eyes open.”
“Hyung?” I said letting my eyes drift to the doorway on my left, that leads to the tunnels under the stage.
“Jungkook, come on I need you to focus on staying awake,” Sejin said laying a cold washcloth against my forehead. I could hear the sound of the rap line singing on stage, knowing very well where I was supposed to be under the stage waiting my turn.
“Do they know?” I gasped looking at Sejin.
“I’ll deal with them after the paramedics get here and figure out what to do with you,” Sejin said as a paramedic group entered the room.
A woman quickly kneeled next to my head, removing the rag to set her palm on my forehead. Only to be followed with sticking a thermometer in my ear. “His temperature is 104. We need to get him mobile now,” She must have said to someone else, the next question was aimed at me, “What is your name?”
“Jeon Jungkook,” I answered as I felt myself being lifted onto a cot.
“Good, Jungkook. Now, I need you to stay with us, I know you want to sleep but you can’t at the moment,” She said staying right by my side as I felt the cot start to move.
“Where is Hyungs?” I asked glancing to my other side to see Sejin there.
“Jungkook, you are going to go to the hospital and get help. I’ll have the boys there as soon as I can. Listen to the doctors and nurses, they only want to help you,” Sejin said before lightly kissing my forehead and disappearing from my vision.
“Jungkook, keep your eyes open,” the nurse warned as I watched the scenery overhead change into something different from the hallway ceiling. That was the last thing I remember before everything faded to black.
