Gaster x reader

Maybe... just maybe... It could work?

                  It's been nearly a week since (Y/N) and Gaster had the talk in the woods. Ever since they got back Sans has been teasing the two either when they are together or when they are separated. He knew that the two liked each other, they just won't seem to admit it to themselves. He understood why Gaster wouldn't, however he didn't understand for (Y/N). As far as he knew she didn't have any past relationships, then again he didn't anything about her past until Asgore got her mother. 

-Sans POV-

                 Hearing laughter coming from the other room I sat down the chemicals I was working on and followed the sound onto to chuckle at the sight that was before me. Pinned to the ground by vines and being licked by two giant wolves was Gaster. Hearing the laughter once more i turned to see Marceline hovering over him with her arms crossed laughing with a "Victory" smile I guess. Laughing I caught her attention, quickly she retracted everything and had the wolves quickly disperse. Smirking I did a 'come here' motion with my finger towards her. She slowly approached, once close I pinned her to the counter in a playful way.

"So, what ya doing?~"

                     Watching her squirm I couldn't take it any longer, I burst out laughing and released the now confused girl. I then suddenly felt eyes on my back, slowly I turned only to be met with a blaster aimed right at my head. Paling I slowly backed away then bolted out of there. However I watched from the door way on what the two were doing.~~

"Gaster!! That wasn't very nice~!!"

"So? He shouldn't have pinned you to the counter..."

"Gaster, seriously? I thought you would know better then anybody how he likes to joke around. He meant no harm."

                     Hearing a faint sigh I couldn't help but feel confused for some reason.

"Yes, indeed he does, however he should know the limits already should he not?"

                     Giving a faint huff in annoyance I made a bottle of non toxic chemical flout, I then had it fall surprising the two. Quickly they went to investigate.

"What was it that fell Gaster?" She asked peering over his shoulder

"Apparently one of the chemicals was to close to the edge, however we still need to be careful from the sharp pieces even if it's a non-toxic. Would you mind getting the broom and dustpan while I clean up the liquid part?"

"Sure."

                  She then made her way over to the supply closet, grabbing the objects she was asked for she made her way back to Gaster only to suddenly stumble and come close to falling  only to quickly be caught by Gaster in the nick of time. I couldn't help but wonder however on why she did that. Shrugging it off I listened once more.

"(Y/N), are you alright? What happened?"

"I-it's nothing, I'll be alright----"

"Y/N if you needed rest you should have just------"

"Gaster, I'm fine, really. You have to remember I'm klutz, alright?"

                   Hearing him sigh I watched as he picked her up causing her to let out a sudden squeak. Chuckling in amusement I assume Gaster walked over to a clear table and carefully sat her down, noticing her blush I couldn't help the smirk that slowly spread across my face.

"Stay right there, I'll be back in a minute."

                Nodding (Y/N) watched as he finished picking up the broken mess. Once he was done he put everything back and made his way back to her not noticing how she was forcing down a blush. Gaster then picked her up once again causing her to hold tightly onto him causing him to blush lightly himself. He then carefully sat her down once more, looking down at her he gave a soft smile before turning to walk out of the room.

"I'll be back shortly, take it easy until then alright?"

"Yes oh wise one~" She said jokenly.

               Chuckling Gaster left the room, luckily he didn't notice me, although that might be due to me quickly hiding in the shadows. Once I knew for sure he was gone I went into the room only to catch (Y/N) a blushing mess and day dreaming. Smirking I snuck up behind her and levitated her to receive a scream.

"H-holy shit!!!!! Sans, you asshole!!! Put me the fuck down!!"

             Smirking once I saw Gaster run into the room I gave a short shrug

"Alright~"

            Doing as told I vanished back into my original hiding spot and watched as Gaster quickly used his levitation to stop her from landing wrong. Letting out a relieved breath I hadn't realized I was holding I gave a gentle smile at my friend as Gaster began to fuss over her.

"Are you hurt? Did he do anything to cause you any discomfort? I swear to Asgore if he has I'm going to----"

"Gaster!!!"

              Suddenly stopping Gaster looked at her wide eyed

"Y-yes (Y/N)?" He nervously asked

"I'm fine, you caught me just in time. So no doing anything to my best friend am I clear?"

             Hearing Gaster sigh once again I had to strain myself in order to hear what he as saying next, and apparently (Y/N) hadn't heard a single word he had spoken.

"I just worry, it's only natural if it's the person you like...."

               Smirking largely I finally showed my self causing the two to give me confused looks.

"I just came back to grab my jacket that I left behind~"

               Walking by Gaster a stopped and whispered into his ear after I grabbed my hoodie.

"If you hurt her in anyway, I will make you hurt a hundred times worse~"

             Pulling back I looked up to see his shocked expression, guess he finally figured out that I knew his little secret~~

             After that I left the two alone as I went home to get some much needed sleep, as I was leaving however I grabbed (Y/n)s wrist and dragged her with me, I knew she wasn't sleeping due to having nightmares. I didn't know why but I had a feeling I knew what they were about, however I needed proof before I could ask her about them. As we left neither of us noticed Gasters pained expression until the we shut the door.

"Things are about to get interesting~"

        I hadn't noticed I had spoke out loud until (Y/N) gave me a confused look in which I only shook my head smiling largely.
