IN WHICH HE ALMOST GOT FLOORED !

there renjun sat, at his bus stop. he waited for the bus, the bus that would get him to work, but it just so happened that his bus was 20 minutes late, making him 20 minutes late for work. he sat there, playing superstar smtown, just as he was about to finish 'woof woof' (hard mode at that) with 3 stars, he heard tires screech, something thud, and a girl scream. he looked up to see a girl sitting on the sidewalk, cradling her knee as a white toyota[?](eh, renjun wouldn't know... he's practically blind anyway) speed away. while all of these events were occuring he was completely oblivious to the buzzing of his phone. he missed the last 6 notes of 'woof woof'.

"FUCK," he yelled as he threw his phone, only for it to hit the girl square in her head. if it was even possible, the girl started sobbing even harder, so renjun thought it was a great idea to just pick up his phone and just WALK to work, leaving the girl to sob her problems away. alone.

renjun was probably 3 minutes away from work when it came to crossing the street. oh how crossing the street gave him vietnam war flashbacks... he remembers the day he crossed the street with his dog, fatty, but poor old fatty was obese making him slower than all the other dogs, renjun still remembers the screams and screeches:

"FATTY THE CARS"

"FATTY GET OUT OF THE ROAD"

"FATTY!"

that's right. fatty got floored. till this day renjun just runs across the street without even sparing a glance. he didn't care if barney said "look both ways before you cross the street, twice" HE WASN'T GOING TO END UP LIKE FATTY! renjun was halfway across the street when he saw that carー that white toyota again. fear paralyzed him as he stood there, frozen at the thought of ending up like good ol' fatty. i mean the road wasn't THAT busy, all he had to do was run the otherwayー maybeー maybe notー hmmm, i don't knowー SCREECH. renjun was snapped out of his thoughts by the screeching of tires, followed by a car horn.

"um, you okay?"

"oh, uh yeah."

"you sure?"

"yeah, why?"

"you're standing in the middle of the road."

"oh, uh- yeah"

"do you need a ride?"

"w-well-"

"im not a rapist or kidnapper or anything."

"oh... okay"

renjun made his way over to the stranger's car, ignoring the red flags in his head, i mean... how can someone so cute possibly be dangerous? w-wait not cute.

"oh, im jaemin, by the way."

"im renjun."

"that's cute."

"i know, uh hey did you push that girl out of your car at the bus stop?"

"maybe."
