"Have a great day at work dad and others lol," I said as they walk out the door. By then my soup was done, I looked back and saw that the boys with the girls all getting up putting their dishes in the sink too while I just walk over to the table to sit and eat my soup. The whole time I was eating slowly because the slower I eat the less I have to see them at all today. I heard the doorbell ring, at first, I just was thinking it was someone for them. I was wrong to the people that I saw walk into the kitchen was no other than my brothers and my sister(they aren't my real brothers and sister but they were my friends that I had during elementary school but moved at the end of the school year. I never heard from them again till today.). I sat there for a couple seconds of not moving with my hand over my mouth.
"Well are you just going to sit the whole time or are you going to give us a hug," said Jackson. When he said that I just ran to him giving him the biggest hug I can.
" Are you really back you not someone trying to act like my brother/BFF are you?" I said to him. As soon as I said that they all started laughing.
"Well if it's really you all, what did I say first thing when I meet you all?" I questioned all of them.
"Hi, my name is Olivia, would you like to be friends with me. I'll give you my cookies." They all answered at once. When they said that I knew they came back.
"OMG, it's really you guys. I missed you so much, I thought that I would never see you guys again."I said to them while crying and giving hugs. I totally forgot that the guys and their girlfriends wear their still.
"Well Olivia, can we ask you something?" asked John, Jackson's twin.
"Yeah, sure what's up," I said to him.
"Who were those guys that opened the door," he said. Shit, I really wished he didn't ask that.
"Well, I'll tell you they are my dad's friends/ workers kids that are staying with us from now on," I told them.
"Well that's new, when did they get here?" Asked Emma.
"About a month ago," I answered.
"Wait, really that long. Well, that is kinda a shock. Hey Olivia where is your mom?" Asked Jackson. Oh, yea I forgot that they never knew that my mom passed about a couple years or months after they moved.
"Um.... she passed away a while back," I said with my head down. They just all stood them. But then I feel so many people around me and noticed it was them hugging me.
"We are so sorry Olivia, we didn't know. I'm sorry I shouldn't have asked I didn't mean to." They said to me.
"Hey it's Ok, but I have a question for you guys. When did you get back? How long are you here for? And lastly, where are you staying so I can come to visit."I questioned them.
"Well, we got here about last week. Took us a while to get everything in place. We live about maybe a couple blocks over. And do you have a phone, we can give you our address to keep and our numbers to keep in touch, We are staying here for good now cause our parent's jobs came back here." Emma answered me. (If you are all wondering yes those three I think of brothers and sister are all related, but we were just good friends back in grade school so I kind of thought of them as the family since I was just the only child.) After a second Rickard came in clearing his throat, we all looked up at him.
"Um...Olivia, are you going to not introduce us to your siblings?" He questioned as the others came too. I kinda laughed out loud when he said, siblings, cause they really aren't blood-related to me.
"Well first they aren't really my siblings but they are my best friends I had back in grade school but moved away after grade school and never heard from them since then, also I think of them as my family because I was the only child in my family. Now, this is Jackson, John, and Emma." I said pointing to each one of them. They said hello to them as I went over to the boys and them to introduce them to my best friends.
"Now guys this is Christopher & his fiance Sofa, Joel & Emily his girlfriend, Eric & his girlfriend Nikki, next you have Rickard & his fiance Bella; lastly Zabdiel & his fiancee Heather," I said pointing to each one of them. They said there hello to my friends too. Then out of nowhere, Nikki asked them a question that made me want to hit her so badly.
"So why did you guys want to be friends with a rich girl that had everything served to her on a golden platter?' She questioned them.
