Y/n's POV

After school Sophia decided to help me and Erica shop for our dresses, actually me and Erica don't have the money to buy dresses for tomorrow. Sophia was so nice to offer to buy our dresses, off course Erica freaked out cause duhh, Sophia Lillis offered to buy our dresses for the royal party, i still don't get why there's a royal party for a school. I'm not really sure who am i going with tho, Erica neither. "You guys ready?" Sophia asked. "Sure we are!" Me and Erica both said that made Sophia chuckled. "Alright let's go shopping!!!" Sophia shouted excitedly.

Time skip.

Y/n's POV

Soo we got to the mall, Sophia and Erica found their perfect royal dresses, while me... Well the dresses i found or picked look horrendous, what do you expect?
"HEY y/n! Did you already picked one?" Erica asked. "I'm not going to the ball tomorrow Erica, i- i have something to do." I lied, "no you're not, you just don't want to go to the ball tomorrow" Erica said. "Well- i rea- well no its not like- i don't know, yes." I replied struggling to say yes but i said it. "Oh come on Y/n, just this once? Pleasee? I promise you will have an awesome time there" Erica said, "ugh fine" i replied giving up. I mean it wouldn't be that bad right? "Hey guys! I found something that y/n can rock on!" Sophia said chuckling, she showed us the dress Erica squeal that almost broke my poor eardrums. "Omg you have to try this!" Erica said "okay finee" i said. Sophia handed me the dress excitedly and i got to the dressing room. After that i look at myself in the mirror with the dress, "ugh i look like a potato" i said rolling my eyes. "Hurry up Y/n!" Erica shouted making Sophia chuckle. "Alright alright!" I said going out of the dressing room. "Omg you look so good!" Sophia said. "OH THATS MY GURL WORK IT MAMA!" Erica said. "I kinda like this" i said smiling, "aww my girl is finally growing up" Erica said wiping fake tears from her cheek. "Hey Sophia that's your dress? Woah you look so pretty, that really suits you." I commented. "Yeah thanks, i am so buying this." Sophia said, "found my keeper!" Erica said showing her dress "that's really pretty Erica!"

Time skip

I got home after we ate, it was a really fun day. I guess Erica was right. Ugh, why do I have this feeling that I kinda want to message Jack, I mean he could be busy at this moment. Maybe I'll just go get ready to- BEEP BEEP

Jack: hey y/n, are you home?

Oh it's just jack, I'll just have to reply to him later cause I'm going to take a quick shower.

30 minutes later...

I'm finally done showering, I feel so refreshed. When I checked my phone I got 36 missed calls from jack.

Jack: heyy why aren't you replying?
Jack: are you okay?
Jack: where are you?
Jack: Y/N!!!
Jack: I just texted Erica and she told me that you guys were in the mall 1 hour ago
Jack: now where are you?
Jack: REPLY LADY
Jack: alright i'm going to your house.
Jack: y/n open the door
Jack: I'm outside your house
Jack: Y/n open this dang door or I will break this in half
Jack: Y/nnn!!!

Oh shit he's been waiting outside shit!
I ran downstairs and opened the door to see Jack with his head down, he looks like he's been, crying?
"Jack?" I said, "y/n?!" Once he saw me he immediately hug me, "what's the problem? Why are you crying?" I asked, "I've been texting you and you haven't even replied, I was so worried" Jack explained, oh I should've replied to him now I feel guilty. "Oh i'm so sorry Jack, I immediately showered when I got home, I didn't think that you would be this worried, sorry Jack" I said hugging him again. "It's okay, just reply next time okay?" He said, "okay" I smiled. "Why are you here anyway?" I asked, "I just kinda wanted to hang out" he said. "Netflix?" I asked him. "Sure!" He said and got in my house/apartment.

We just re watched 13 reasons why cause its so good. After a few episodes Jack got a little bored, "hey do you have nail polish?" He randomly asked, what the actual fuck? "What the hell Jack?" I chuckled, " I know its random but I want to paint your nails, i'm just kinda curious" he said with a charming cute smile, Omg y/n no stop. "Fine, but make sure you don't break my nails or I'll break your neck" I said laughing, "okay okay" he said laughing back. I got to my room and got the box filled with nail polishes that Erica just gave me cause she has a lot of nail polishes in her apartment so she just give some to me.
I got back downstairs, and I hear Jack talking to somebody on my phone, "yeah she's upstairs" he said, "Uh who are you anyways?" He said pissed off, he clenched his fist, oh god he's getting mad. Who was he talking to? "Dude would you stop bothering her?" He said with his voice slightly raising "Jack who are you talking to?" I said, I was getting nervous, please don't be- "Some dude named Carter" He said, OH FUCK. I panicked and take the phone off his hands, "what did he say?" I asked him panicking "he asked if he could take you out, and told me to fuck off" He explained, "shit, Jack don't listen to him okay?" I said to him, "what is he to you y/n? I-is he your b-boyfriend?" Jack stuttered, "wha- no! Of course not!" I said. "Then what is he to you?" He asked getting mad, "woah jack calm down, he's the annoying guy that has always wants to court me. I never told him that I like me, he's my friend back in Paris. I guess he's here now. Don't worry Jack I won't let him court me, I know he's a player. I just don't know what he sees in me, he has a girlfriend before. He cheated on her." I explained. "Okay, okay just stay away from him okay? I don't want him to do anything to you" he said in a serious tone, "oh okay sure, I will" I smiled. "Now give me those polishes" he said laughing, "oh here you go" I gave him the box of polishes "come onnn I want to paint your nails now!" He said laughing. "You're so random!" I said making Jack laugh cutely, what the hell is happening to me?
While Jack was painting my nails, I studied his face, not in the creepy stalker way. Just kinda staring, I noticed Jack has changed, a lot. He's not the boy that helped me look for my mom when I was little, well he still kinda is. But I mean his features, he has soft dark chocolate brown hair. Cute brown eyes. A smile that can change everybody's mood in seconds. The brightest white teeth that is brighter than my future. Those cute pink lips. Everything about him is just so cute. I noticed that he was so focused on what he's doing with my nails, one word to explain his face. Adorable. "There we go!" He said like a little boy who made his mom a little letter. I looked at my nails and he did a pretty good job on this, you know he's a boy, so not bad. He made a little happy dance that made my heart warm. "This looks good Jack! Now," I said as I patted the seat next to me. "What?" He asked as he seat next to me. "Do you remember when we used to cuddle when we were kids?" I asked, I was kinda curious. "Yeah, and remember when we fell on the playground while cuddling?" He said laughing. We both lay our backs at the couch comfortably. I played with his hair, cause its softer than my hair? "Hey what shampoo do you use that make your hair softer than mine?" I asked laughing. "I don't really know, I just use what mom buys me" he said, "shoot, Omg I missed your mom!" I screamed. "She miss yo-" Jack was cut off when his phone rang. "Hey mom!" He said that made me excited, duh! It's Mrs. Grazer! She's like my second mom! "Uhh yeah i'm with Y/n" he said. "Hey Y/n mom wants to talk to you! She misses you so much!" Jack said, "really?! Okay gimme!" I said reaching out his phone. "Hi Y/n! I miss you sweetheart!" Mrs. Grazer said through the phone "Omg I miss you too Mrs. Grazer! How are you?" I asked, I put the call on speaker so Jack can hear us. "I've been good! So did any boy break your heart so I can break his neck?" Mrs. Grazer asked that made me chuckle. "No mrs. Grazer, I don't really want a boyfriend yet." I said. "Oh hun you don't know how much the Grazers misses you! Especially Jack!" She said out loud for Jack to hear, "Mom you know I can hear you right?" Jack said rolling his eyes making me and his mom laugh, "Jack be home before 5 pm okay? We have to buy your suit for tomorrow!" Mrs. Grazer said. "Sure mom, I'll be home soon. Bye mom, love you!" Jack said, "bye Mrs. Grazer!" I said. "Bye kids! Love you both!" She said hanging up. "Now that's over, give me your other hand so I can paint them"  Jack said laughing again, "you don't know what to do with your life do you?" I asked. "Yep" he said with the cutest smile ever.
